No, but he does get the parental rights to the child they're expecting right now.

Yes indeedy. There are beauty pageant "tricks" to make boobs look bigger, much bigger. I know of what I speak. They look fantastic, no concave sternum Tori Spelling job or glue on cantalopes, but still Halle then and Halle Now Stunning, but she's had help from a scalpel, the right way.

Interesting, but if someone saw a picture of me at 25 and at 45, you'd think I got my boobs done as well; went from a 34D to a 38DD, totally natural and even when I lost weight, didn't lose them in the breasts.

Gabriel had issues because he wasn't married to Halle when Nahla was born and therefore his name wasn't automatically on her birth certificate. I believe he had to go to court to get some type of declaration of paternity to ensure that he was legally recognized as Nahla's father. Obviously without that Halle could make life for Gabriel very difficult. Now that Olivier is married to Halle his name automatically goes on the birth certificate and he won't have to jump through hoops like Gabriel did.

I guess congratulations are in order. Hopefully, their marriage and new baby means they'll cease with their attempts to take Nahla from Gabriel. Everyone play nice and be happy.

I would hope things would be calm now Witchie. However I still suspect that Olivier would love nothing more than go move back to France and raise his kid there. I suspect it'll get to the point where he'll get annoyed that he can't raise his kid where he wants because Gabriel has them tied to LA. So I don't have my hopes up for any happily ever afters in this situation.

Jeez, if a guy can't trust Halle to willingly put his name on their kid's birth certificate, why is he with her? And why would he impregnate her? If that was his reason, he's a dumbass because the legal hassle of divorcing Halle is going to be a lot worse than establishing paternity. Maybe it has something to do with one or the other of them getting a visa a little easier.

Yeah, while her nose is clearly different, I think the apparent changes in her boobs could be attributed to other things. They seem to be at their largest post-Nahla, which makes sense. If she had them done, it'd have to be post "Swordfish" because those were definitely natural breasts. Maybe it has something to do with one or the other of them getting a visa a little easier. That would make sense. Maybe not a visa as I think that's pretty easy for entertainers but citizenship benefits would probably be helpful for both of them.

Their marriage will probably be over before she is eligible to apply for French citizenship. Here are the conditions for French citizenship by marriage:
Marriage to a French citizen Marriage to a French citizen does not automatically grant the right to French citizenship: you must wait 4 years from the date of marriage. After this period, the foreign spouse can obtain French citizenship by declaration, provided that the following conditions are met at the date of his/her declaration: - emotional and material conjugal life between the spouses has not ceased since the marriage; - the French spouse has kept his/her French citizenship. The foreign spouse must also justify sufficient knowledge of the French language. This will be assessed according to his or her condition. A period of 5 years of conjugal life is required for spouses who do not live together regularly or for expatriate spouses without proof that the French citizen is on the registry of French citizens living outside France.

Why would she apply for French citizenship? Are there benefits? And I agree if the marriage lasts that long I will be surprised. It could happen. The third time is the charm right?
