Gaaah! You know, I had an abcessed tooth once, and it didn't even look that disgusting. (hurt like hell, though).
When was the last time she had a hit? I can't remember anything after The Bodyguard. Wasn't that when Celine Dion hit it big? You know, say what you will about Celine, (I happen to be a fan-don't hit me!), but she is extremely talented and from what I've seen, she's actually a NICE person. So perhaps Whitney was forgotten in the wake of Celine.
How old is Bobbi Kristina now?

There was also the Greatest Hits album, "Love, Whitney" (another compilation), and the Christmas album "One Wish." I don't know how well they sold exactly, but it sure wasn't big numbers. The Christmas album wasn't bad, mostly because they worked over her voice with AutoTune something fierce!!

The way she's trashed her appearance and career and her arrogance about it, is so infuriating.
I wonder if her looks and talent are permanently gone even if she finally recovers?

I think her attitude and what ever chip she has on her shoulder will take a lifetime to get over. She may beat the drug addiction, but still having the attitude she had in that last interview or actually all along. Another thing that I've learned from the people on this thread is that she was never who she was partraying to begin with. That was a Clive Davis creation, so the bigger question is what or who would she return to being?

The only album I ever really liked of hers was the one back in the day entitled "Whitney Houston" with such cuts as "You give good love", How will I know "Greastest love of all" etc.
I have to say I did enjoy her remake of "I'm every woman" prolly because I adore Chaka Kahn.

Her hottest song will always be "Saving All My Love for You." That's the only time that she's sounded sexy, y'all.

That is the funniest damned interview I have ever read. I was spewing soda at my desk and co-workers are looking at me like I am a freak!
