I think having a fuller face actually makes you look younger so I'm puzzled why older women would do the fat removal thing. Right? I wish my face had a little more fat in it right about now. I don't get it at all. I suspect that some are concerned about sagging flesh, and want to reduce the fat somewhat. The trick is finding a doctor who can do this without making it obvious that you've had work done.

That's certainly a possibility, but if you're lucky enough to find a great surgeon who knows when to stop, it might be worth the time and trouble. I've seen great "fat sculpting", and I've seen some absolutely horrendous cases where the patient ends up looking like they're near death. The trick is getting recommendations from reliable sources that you know and trust.
