Sweet. Though I would like it even better if Christian groups took him to task for totally misrepresenting Christians and the meaning of Christmas.

Too bad he lost to Bay for worst director. Bay sucks but Cameron sucks AND blows even harder.

Kirk is probably going to see this as persecution and Hollywood being heathens, but it's nice that the Razzies chose to shit on him this year.

Poor, persecuted Kirk. Still a Jerkles. Heh. And the thing is, that is exactly how he will see it. He won't look at all the talk about his movie being one of the worst ever and maybe re-examine the beliefs he espoused in it (gluttony is awesome! Buy a bunch of expensive gifts and eat ham and butter! Why are you wasting your time thinking about the less fortunate at Christmas! Jesus hates poor people!). He'll just see it as more evidence that the world is full of heathens headed straight to tell and if only we all followed The Way of the Master, we would understand his movie (because everyone clearly hated it only because they didn't get it).

Meanwhile Eddie Redmayne, who played his mortal enemy Stephen Hawking, won an Oscar.
Suck it, Kirkles!

Don't you get it? Kirkles is being persecuted for his beliefs by having to watch Satan's minions lap up all the accolades and awards...

Apparently, there's a character named Christian White in this film. Someone on Dlisted commented it's as if they couldn't come up with a name, so they just went the character description instead.
Christian White? I guess it was either that or Christian Wright. You couldn't make this stuff up if you tried.

Now that Kirk considers himself an expert on American history, he's determined to continue to "educate" the youth. Now he's teamed up with an audio production company to promote a story that justifies slave ownership and racism. Seriously. Holy shit. *picks jaw off floor* Now here's the promotional trailer: LINKSo is the character who yells "give me that whip!" one of the bad slaveowners, or is he one of the "good" slaveowners who is using that whip to keep the estate well-ordered so his slaves can be a happier class of people? Could be either. You never know when it comes to the bizarro God-is-a-racist worldview.
