She's finally GONE! "I didn't get respect! WAAAAAAH!" No, dear, you can't handle criticism and, apparently, you can't handle it when people don't bow down and kiss your passive-aggressive feet. At least she said something like, "But I will take your criticism." I don't think Kenley ever did, especially during the one challenge when Heidi was the one giving criticism to her. Speaking of Kenley, was I the only one who thought of her when Sandhya was assigned that doll? (The doll's backstory was that she was the daughter of some guy who ran a ship.) Did I hear Amanda trying to relate her heritage of being descended from pioneers to the heritage of someone descended from slaves (the back story of her doll)? I am so glad that Sean got called out for that whackadoo peace sign. He had the nerve to try to defend it. Heidi wasn't buying it! Fail. How did Alexander get Fan Favorite again? No love for Char? Speaking of Char, she chose not to listen to Tim, and she ended up in the top. (I'm happy for her! It's interesting how some of Tim's critiques are hit or miss.

Kenley was much worse.
But when Sandhya said, "But I will take your criticism," it wasn't in the spirit of, "I'll listen to what you say, think about it, and use it to improve my design for next time," she meant it like that southern insult, "Bless your heart."
Very true. She didn't care that someone else was already in line, she just wanted what she wanted right when she wanted it and everyone else be damned. Entitled much?

Amanda's comment about her doll was so cringeworthy. I mean - I get that there's not really a good segue from "this character escaped from slavery" to talking about what you're going to put on the runway, but that was just awkward as hell. I don't get the love for Alexander at all. He seems like an OK person, but man, the mouthbreathing really bugs and I don't find his clothes all that remarkable. The judges and Tim are really not always on the same page. I found that very noticeable during Anya's season -- I always felt so bad for designers who got the thumbs-up from Tim and then got trashed by the judges.

I didn't really like any of the makeover looks. Emily's dress was absolutely horrendous... I couldn't believe the judges sort of liked it. And, UGH, I hate Korina!

This week was so much more watchable without Sandhya. Alexander got Fan Favorite again...HOW??? And I thought Korina's look was dated. Kini or Sean should have won.

I didn't like Korina's design either. So she can make a jacket, big effing deal- the judges were acting like they haven't seen that from her before!
Kini's look was my favorite. It looked like something from Anthropologie. I would have liked Sean's dress, except the neckline seemed too high.
I know they were probably straight out of central casting, but it seemed like everyone lucked out with beautiful "muses."

I figure they salted the park with models the way they used to salt the mines with gold. Just put out a general cattle call for "everyday look" models to come to that area of Central Park.
And zipper-gate, Char didn't sew the bottom of the zipper closed (they use open length zippers) then blames the model for zipping past the end of the zipper. Not her fault Char, and we saw Char blame the model at least six times. (actually, if that were me, I would have been in tears after the third accusation, "YOU BUSTED THE ZIPPER! MY MODEL BUSTED THE ZIPPER! TIM!!!") I repeat, because I repeated it after every outburst by Char, "You didn't sew a bottom on the zipper. Way to not take responsibility."

I still can't believe Sandhya was trying to pull the old "I think children should look like children" line for snaps all the way up the back. I'm just an aunt and even I know you want the kid to grow out of needing help dressing ASAP.
I still remember crying in a department store because Mom wouldn't get me the jumpsuit I wanted--the zip went from the center back neck to the center back hip. I could only reach about 2" at the center back waist. Mom told me crying in the department store was better than crying in the school bathroom. Even in the third grade I had {ahem} digestive urgencies.
Edited because spilling is impotent.

I think I've liked *one* of Korina's looks, but the rest I just don't get, and I am SO tired of hearing her talking bits where she basically declares only she is fit to be on the show. Really, really hoping Kini pulls this out. I've either loved, or appreciated, almost all of his designs, and he's adorable and sweet, to boot.

Haven't we seen designers have seam/ zipper/ fastener problems before? I got a sense of entitlement from the immediate "I need to talk to Tim!" I actually agreed with whoever said that Tim had already saved her once, did he really need to do it again?
Poor Alexander - that was not good.
Although I didn't care for it, Emily's dress was one of the more interesting things she's done.
Sean's model looked like Sharon Stone when she blew the kiss before exiting the runway. Gorgeous. The dress was a bit of a snooze, but she looked great.
I want to be Kini's friend. It seems like every new model he has just enjoys the hell out of working with him. I love his work, too.
Heidi nailed Korina's look when she said 80's mall vibe.
