I had no idea that Kiefer Sutherland had so many fans. He's a notorious asshole and alcoholic. I don't know why people are acting shocked/put out that someone said it in public, even if it's someone lower on the Holloywood totem pole. Except there are reports from others who've worked on the show and during that season refuting what Freddie said. There's also the fact that it was random as hell. Kiefer is an alcoholic. Does that mean he doesn't pull himself together to work? No, it doesn't. He's executive producer of 24. Fox has given him tremendous power and responsibility and I seriously doubt they'd do that if he was falling down drunk. Freddie wanted attention for his video game and he got it. Doesn't make him a better person or professional for throwing Kiefer under the bus to do it.

I mean his complaint wasn't that Kiefer showed up drunk and couldn't remember his lines, or didn't show up at all, was it? What I saw was him complaining because Kiefer is short. Did I miss something? If I did, I apologize, but me thinks he's tired of being Mr. Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

He had Spinal Surgery in November, and tweeted some pictures of his recovery. He seems a little young for back surgery, but I guess he must have really been suffering. He needs to find some USA summer TV show to co-star on, like with Brendon Maier or Skeet Ulrich. At any rate, hope he gets better.

I really enjoyed him on Psych but that was only one episode.
My brother in law has had a few spinal surgeries due to his lifestyle choice of being a hardcore weekend warrior-type athlete.
I like Freddie more than SMG.
