I just looked up some youtube clips of Jon on the red carpet with his girlfriend, and she is really annoying. And insecure. She mentions in every single interview exactly how long they've been together (10 1/2 years! 11 1/2 years!) and how she was with him through all the lean years. Is she afraid he's going to bolt if she doesn't keep reminding him of that? Is she embarassed because he hasn't put a ring on it and wants to make sure everyone knows how serious they are? And check out 0.20. What is she trying to prove? I do love this one because they so clearly got completely high in the limo on the way there.

Well, neither of them are interested in marriage according to his GQ profile a couple years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if she is a little insecure, after all for most of their relationship she was the successful one and suddenly with Mad Men she went from being Jennifer Westfeldt to being Jon Hamm's Girlfriend. I'm sure it's annoying to have everyone talking about how awesome and handsome your boyfriend was and totally ignoring you. Plus I can only imagine how many women throw themselves at him on a daily basis.

At first, I was one of those Mad Men fans who found Don Draper, cad that he is, attractive; but the more interviews I see and read, it is now Jon Hamm who is appealing.

Neonjungle: Same thing happens when I post on my bberry. I can't edit any posts.
I think the first time I really appreciated Jon Hamm was when I watched his first SNL appearance. He was just so versatile and so game for everything they wanted him to do.
I don't blame her for being insecure either. Hollywood has so many stories of actors dumping their long-time partner once they've hit it big, Jennifer W. isn't out of bounds for being concern. Though, she should probably address this with Jon though, and not just exhibit it for everyone else.

If I were her I would totally be insecure. It's unattractive, but it's human. Your man goes from being a nobody to being the HOTTEST MAN ALIVE with women throwing their underwear at him everywhere you go (okay, figuratively). And like someone mentioned above, Hollywood players have a track record of dumping their longtime S.O. once they find sudden success. I don't think it makes her a bad person to be insecure, I think it makes her totally normal.
And I don't see the annoying in the clips linked above. I've always thought she's lovely. The kissing clip is just her kissing him goodbye. He's obviously putting her in a car to go home.

He hosted last season with Michael Bublé as musical guest. It was earlier this year, in January or February.
