Wait, so I love the 4th Amendment as much as anyone (and probably more actually) but a woman claims this total garbage pulled a gun on her and the police need a WARRANT to go in? What am I missing here? I gathered that the woman called the police after the incident took place and she was off the premesis, so it was a matter of investigating a crime that had already taken place versus rescuing someone from imminent danger.

Ahhh, thank you. I was sort of skimming because I hate this man so very, very much; that makes way more sense.

I hope that woman is safe and ok. I was only skimming the info too and got worried for her. But everything I skimmed said it was a "standoff" and not a "hostage situation", so I assumed she was out of the house before the police started trying to get in.
But I'm the same way. I couldn't be bothered to read any whole articles. I see Chris Brown's face or even his name and my compulsion is to shut down my browser.

Apparently this woman was hanging out with Chris and his entourage and they were looking at some jewelry. The woman touched the jewelry in a way Chris didn't like (his people are telling TMZ she was trying to steal) it and they pulled a gun on her. They wanted her to sign a non-disclosure agreement at gunpoint and then leave. She didn't sign the NDA but she did leave and call the police.
He had guns and drugs in the house, so he's definitely going to be in trouble for that. If he's still on probation, the guns will be an even bigger problem.
TMZ is, of course, smearing the woman and saying she's wanted in New York for larceny, which is neither here nor there.

They were also trying to confiscate her phone. She ran off with it and they chased her through the neighborhood until she hid under a car and a neighbor saw her and called the cops.
All of this sounds like drugs paranoia.

Being chased by men with a group of men with guns does not sound like fun.
Oh but I forgot she deserved it, per TMZ.

I was watching all this live on our local L.A. news and then TMZ was interviewing her on their "TMZ Live" show. They asked her if she was doing drugs or something like that and she got quiet, didn't answer and moved on to the next question.
I can't say I'm the least bit surprised that this guy was arrested again. When they said on TV that he was holed up in his mansion and they were waiting for details from one of the officers, I just kept thinking how this wasn't going to end well. And a few minutes later, they came out and said he was being arrested for ADW (Assault with a deadly weapon) and they wouldn't specify if there were drugs involved or if he was hauled off in handcuffs or left on his own in the back of a squad car (me thinks the former).
His whiny tirade on Instagram is hilarious. He's such an entitled SOB and thinks he can be a total asshole and get away with it. I hope he's still on parole and is punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Why doesn't this surprise me? He just can't stay away from trouble. In the voice of a disappointed fan, "How hard is it, CHRISTOPHER?!"
