Seriously! That is all I could focus on. I'm disappointed in her look.

David Beckham should never NOT wear a suit. Delicious.

Wow. She looks unhappy, like she has a toothache or something

I'm not really a fan of hers -- her humorless interview with Jon Stewart kind of did her in -- but I think she and David are probably fantastic parents.

David Beckham should never NOT wear a suit. Delicious. Although the nearly nude advertising (for underwear? for cologne?) is okay with me.

Didn't it turn out neither of them had actually read "To Kill A Mockingbird?"

For some reason, that doesn't really bother me. It's a great book, but it's also an American book--not that that makes it off-limits, but Victoria doesn't strike me as particularly bookish, and David's education was curtailed so he could be a soccer star. I don't know what kind of life the book has outside the US.
Somehow I have become a total Beckham-Spice apologist, and I kind of embrace it. I hope it doesn't turn out that they're truly terrible people.

I've mentioned this in this thread before, but I know the kids/family, and the kids are indeed really great. Polite, sweet, funny...completely normal, or as normal as possible while keeping in mind who their parents are. Victoria and David are around and available (at least from my interactions and what I've seen - obviously, they travel a lot and both keep very busy schedules), and I've always had the sense that the kids have a similar relationship to their parents as my kids do to me: namely, respectful and loving.

Should I change my opinion of Victoria, freelancergirl? Is she nicer than I'm giving her credit for?
