Isn't anyone wondering what (or who) is in these private videos? I got a kick of what TMZ had to say:

The "roommate" is mentioned/quoted in those court papers. He's still around? If you're trying to fight off gay rumors, having a roommate when you marry someone 20 years younger who's shopping for a green card doesn't help.

Wrap it up next time, Jeremy! Or hire a surrogate.

Good for them that they were able to reach an agreement - even 13K seems reasonable (in terms of celebrity child support - that is still an incredible amount of money per month). Jeremy, next time you need a dark-haired Canadian girl to marry and give birth to your children, call me!!

Jeremy Renner shuts down mobile app amid troll activity I don't know what happened to him. His big breakthrough came in the Best Picture winner The Hurt Locker, and then he followed that up with a solid turn in The Town. Then he took on the role of Hawkeye and did Jason Bourne and Mission Impossible films. He was just okay in those films, imo, but I could see why he did them. He also did American Hustle in there though and at least won a SAG Ensemble award. I sort of forgot about him though, but then there was the whole Golden Globes moment where my indifference went to dislike. Then, I forgot about him again until Wind River reminded me that I thought he was really talented at one time. Then this year my like, mostly indifference sometimes dislike, just went to straight dislike, between his app?!? and his "singing career" and general Hawkeye uselessness in Endgame. Maybe it's mid-life crisis thing or something because he can be talented, but I can't take him seriously now. On the plus side though, Twitter has been a gold mine ever since the app became operational, and ever since he started to promote his "singing career" on his Instagram and Twitter. ETA: I Broke the Official Jeremy Renner App

I have been reading that twitter thread and crying for nearly 2 hours. I had a vague recollection that he had some sort of alternate career going. I saw posts about it on ONTD a couple of times, but paid it no mind. Then I read he had an App, and I was like WTF?! And soon forgot all about it and him all over again. Then I saw that he was trending , and started reading the posts-- Mary, Holy Mother of God. People are sick, and insane. It was like someone let all the goons from Youtube and 4chan loose in one space. I can't believe he even had an App. For what? This is going to be in a top 10 bad career moves Ms. Mojo countdown.

Why he ever had an app is incomprehensible to me. What was it even supposed to do? And can whoever broke the app get started on those annoying ass car commercials next?
With that said, I think it is unfortunate he didn't manage to wrest the Mission Impossible movies away from Tom Cruise. He was great in Ghost Protocol, frankly he sort of stole the movie.

I don't understand why he has an app, who does that? or why he's doing pop music in Jeep ads. But I do like him as an actor - he was great in Hurt Locker, I liked him the Mission Impossibles and even in that Bourne movie. I thought he was one of the more grounded actors because he worked for years before getting big and did side work flipping houses, but his recent moves are really strange. He needs to go back to acting and back away from social media and music.

Went back through the thread to see if his participation on the old “The It Factor” reality show, and it is mentioned on page 2. But the post was from 2010 so didn’t want to quote it. I watched the series and always thought he was kind of an odd duck, but as an arts student who still decades later does some community theatre and loves plays and movies, was glad to see him succeed beyond the show.
