When she spoke about older women becoming Lesbians because they couldn't find a man, she sort of said that like it was a sad pathetic thing to do. Everyone knows that she is anti gay marriage. She doesn't believe in this and that because she is a "Christian" but she believes in gay marriage yea right.

I like the fact that now she's "torn" about abortion because she against big government. What a hypocrite.

I like the fact that now she's "torn" about abortion because she against big government. What a hypocrite. The fact that she can't distinguish her personal morals and beliefs from a party's political ideology/rhetoric is scariest of all.

So Barbara calls Bristol Palin out for not being a star. "She had a baby at 17 and was unmarried. She's not a star." Ditsy's response? "She's a star to me, because at 17 she kept her baby." REALLY? Really? What about the crackheads, "welfare queens", "family values", "abstinence", GOP talking points, I....I....no words. None!

Bristol is heroic to these dipshits because she is White. Black or Hispanic teen mothers are the irresponsible "welfare queens" and "dropping anchor babies." It's racism plain and simple.

Please, please tell me Whoopi or Joy responded to Elisabeth's 'she kept her baby' comment. Please.

Please, please tell me Whoopi or Joy responded to Elisabeth's 'she kept her baby' comment. Please. Unfortunately no. Sherry was all gong-ho about her dancing, and poo-pooed Barbara's diss. Joy made a face, but didn't say anything. You can see it here at the 10:50 mark.

Well, I think proponents of small government generally see government's primary (if not only) role as protecting/safeguarding the fundamental rights of its citizens. It doesn't get anymore fundamental than a right to not have your life purposefully taken from you by another person. If you believe a fetus is fundamentally no different than any other human being, then it's only logical that you would expect the government to take measures to uphold that right to life on its behalf ( i.e., outlawing abortion).
