Sing it, kostgard! I hate commercials where bratty kids are supposed to be cute and mom just gets all fake exasperated. There's another one where the older brother is blowing milk bubbles in chocolate milk to amuse his younger brother and the chocolate milk is bubbling all over the counter. The voice over says something along the lines of, "When they're having this much fun, why stop them?" I don't know...because they're making a horrible mess? Because it's inconsiderate to expect mommy to wipe up after you with some crappy paper towel? Because milk bubble kid is at least 11 and old enough to know better? And the zombie mom just smiles, and rips off a piece of paper towel in her all white kitchen. Rant over. I feel better, lol.

I wonder if Haagen Daz received a lot of negative feedback for their Italian domestic abuse ad, I haven't seen it for a while and they have a new Italian ad. A male and a female alternate syllables while speaking Italian in a totally porny kind of way. I don't like it, but its an improvement over the Italian couple screaming abuse in each others faces and breaking stuff.

I didn't think that the screamy ad was domestic abuse as much as just a bunch of dumb, tired stereotypes (gender, ethnic), but I can see how it reads DV. I HATE the porny voice over ads. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me. I wish they would just have someone in nice voice say "stracciatella means 'little shreds' in Italian" or whatever.

"Dancing in the Flowers" from the Trolli gummi crawlers ad is on a repeating loop in my head.
Help.

I hate the resurrection of the Progresso soup commercial with the women claiming they lost weight by eating the soup. It may be lower in fat but it's still high in sodium. And none of the men at that party are involved in the weight loss convo. The other resurrected commercial is the webuyanycar.com (?) with the singing and the dancing. The singing and the dancing don't bother me, it's the fact that the audio doesn't sync with the actor's mouth when he talks.

I really don't care for Subway, but the commercial with the guy talking about his new workout regime, "CropFit" makes me snicker.

The Dodge Dart commercials with Craig Robinson and Jake Johnson are amusing.

I hate the Meow Mix commercial where the lady is pouring the cat's food into his bowl and when he round the corner, she says "Right on cue!" and shakes her head like, "Oh, that wacky, quirky, cat of mine!" Lady, your cat getting excited about meal time is not unique.

This Budweiser drunk driving ad with a big lovable dog is so cute - I'm glad it's a happy ending.
