See. This is why I could never get on the Stannis love train. The interwebs are full of people who love Stannis, and support him. They fell all over themselves when he had that small scene with Shireen at The Wall. But I knew. I knew he wouldn't let me down and prove me wrong. He's a monster. A selfish prick of a monster, who's power hungry for the crown. Fuck him, and Melisandre. I hope Davos disembowels they both with a rusty spoon. Overall, I thought it was a terrible let down, and a huge drop off in quality after last week's epic episode. Dorne is just embarrassing. Arya's scenes managed to include rape/pedophilia, because that's exactly what her storyline was missing. Dany's escape on Drogon was corny. Ugh. What a let down.

My favorite moment of the show: Dany taking Jorah's hand.
ETA: Regarding Jorah's greyscale, I think the scaly part is the infectious part. As long as someone doesn't touch the scales they're fine, at least that's how I'm wanking it so it makes sense. Jorah had his wrist well covered.
Stannis Baratheon, you are no longer The King Who Cared, you are now The King Who Sucks Worse Than Any Human Being Ever. I hope Davos does to you what Ramsay does to just about everyone, if Ramsay doesn't get to you first.

Davos is going to at least kill Melisandre. He is going to kill someone for his reading rainbow princess.

I thought about this (and it would make sense that you wouldn't want the stone men to touch you at all since they are head to toe scales), but Shireen caught it from an infected doll, small pox blanket-style. So I'm confused about the rules of this disease. Jorah would not have touched Dany if he thought he would infect her.

Yeah, as long as you don't touch the actual scales, you'll be okay.
Who the hell am I going to root for now in the impending Stannis vs Ramsay battle? Maybe Brienne and Sansa can kill both of them separately.
Dany = worst friend ever. She just left them all behind!

With the way things are going right now, I wouldn't be surprised if Ser Davos doesn't make it to next season :-( Oh Stannis. I was rooting for you to go and flay the Boltons. But this totally means that we'll have another season of torture sessions with them. Fuck' em all. Fuck Stannis. Burn Melisandre. Go Brienne. ETA: All men must die. There.

For the Battle of the Blackwater I wanted Stannis and Tyrion to both win because I wanted Tyrion and Bronn to have their big moments and for Davos to get a victory so his son's death could mean something. Now, I just want Stannis and Ramsay to both lose. Crossover: I want Hannibal to show up and EAT THEM ALL.

Interesting find on imdb: the actors who play Melisandre and Ser Davos have starred together in a movie in which they were lovers.
