I'm wondering if David/Charming will have some faint memory of fairytale land now that he's out of the coma? When we last saw him he was stabbed from the sword fight and blacked out when the Queen brought the curse cloud down on them. What if the Queen's curse "missed" him somehow because he was already in the coma?
Don't mind me, I'm just excited I have a good show to watch until Game of Thrones comes back on.

He might. Something obviously clicked when Mary Margaret read to him.

Someone mentioned the character of Belle a few pages back. I just read online that she is going to be played by Emilie de Ravin who is probably most well known for playing Claire on Lost. The people behind OUAT were involved in Lost so I guess they really like her. Apparently we are not going to see the character until next year.

New episode tonight but no new episode for 2 weeks.
My fairytale knowledge is kinda rusty. So if the Sheridf is the Huntsman, is the Huntsman the Queen's right hand man? I was kinda surprised to see the two of them hooking up.
Is the waitress from the diner supposed to be Little Red Riding Hood? I'm racking my brains as to who else she could be but he'd name's Ruby, she wears a lot of red and she had a wolf hanging off her rear view mirror.
I did pick up on the fact that Mary Margaret's last name is Blanchard, a play on the word white.

Snow and Charming were absolutely adorable at the ball.
I just noticed that the cafe wallpaper is forest. Nice touch. I really enjoy the little touches we see here and there. Sheriff and Regina twist really surprised me!

Maybe it was because I wasn't expecting to enjoy last week's episode that much because I knew that tonight's episode was going to be the episode about Rumpelstiltskin/Mr. Gold that I ended up really enjoying it because of lowered expectations.
Then, tonight maybe my expectations were a little too high because while I enjoyed it, it's probably my least favorite episode so far even with Robert Carlyle killing it in the real world and in Fairy Tale world.
I was just not that interested in Ashley/Cinderella's story. There were a few brief moments that I did like with her story. For instance, I enjoyed the ball and seeing all the good characters have fun before the curse. Of course, the end still got me with Cinderella reuniting with her Prince in Storybrooke, but I kept wishing to go back to the characters we've already been introduced to instead of an episode revolving around such a dull Cinderella. It probably didn't help that her and her Prince aren't the strongest of actors either.
However, I did love that the episode set so many things up for later like Emma's ominous favor for Mr. Gold, and the potential triangle there between Emma/Sheriff/Mayor.

Ashley = Cinder || Boyd = Gold, Fair, blonde (like Ella) Clever!
I like that Prince "Shawn" brought the baby little crystal embedded slippers! And how neat was it that Snow & Ella knew each other?! I'm thinking that the two princes were related?
I was also surprised by the hook-up of Regina and the Sheriff. Makes you really wonder his agenda and if he is just compelled to be with the Mayor but still have feelings for Emma?

Ella/Ashley and her prince were a bit too stereotypically Disney for my taste. Meaning, they were way too one-dimensional. Ella/Ashley, when confronted with a difficult situation, just ran away and cried, and Shawn was just so wooden. Like, "Oh, you made a deal with the devil and lied to me and everyone else about it? No worries, it happens to the best of us." Come on show! You've already proven you can write princes and princesses (James and Snow) who are pretty but still have personality!

I think Cinderella and her prince weren't as good because they didn't really have much time to develop them. I actually thought Ella was pretty cool in Fairy land, especially when she made the second deal with Rumple and confronted him when the prince dissapeared. I don't want to wait 2 weeks for a new episode though!
