Why wasn't he charged for having the images of children? People who are caught with that stuff are put away for a long time. Seems that would've been easier to convict him on that the molestation stuff. I believe all of it, I'm just wondering why the DA didn't go after him for the CP.
The people who did the ACS: OJ show should follow up with the CMJ trial. Remember when he showed up in his pajamas? Got on top of the car? That was a crazy trial and I couldn't believe he wasn't found guilty.

I had pretty much come to terms with the fact that he molested children, but animal torture? What the what? See, while I certainly don't condone anything sexual involving kids and critters, the way I read that was the torture was contained in the S&M porn, not the bestiality stuff. Well, except the whole forcing animals to lower themselves to boinking humans. I mean, I've never seen anything in my cat's eyes other than malicious and murderous intent!

Story about the porn and images is here.I agree with everyone else. How did he escape prosecution for that?

I remember the DA talking about this many years ago. He said they removed a truckload of materials from Jackson's house that a child molester would use to get off, but none of it was actually child porn or illegal. For example: drawings. The article linked above says he had pictures of adults with children's heads superimposed on them. Again, not illegal. I'm sure he had his private attorney given him very clear guidance about where the line was.

Despite his not-guilty verdicts, his behaviour was textbook pedophile. I hope his victims one day receive some measure of recognition and closure.

It seems MJ was even sicker than anyone thought. Caches of child, SM torture, animal porn found! Why do the gifted seem to have the worst depravities? (Got done watching excellent OJ documentary) Most millennials and Gen-Xers STILL worship at the feet of the 7 years dead MJ.What is wrong with everyone? He was physically and mentally healthy because he could moonwalk and sing Billie Jean? Speaking of documentaries, I watched the one about him from child star to "Off the Wall" and and all anyone EVER says about him is how he never had a real childhood, his dad was abusive and what a BRILLIANT! GENIUS! "we" all lost! The new report reaffirms my many negative opinions about him as a human being. Sick sick sick and depraved depraved depraved. CMJ as a human being? and By the way, I think he was a pedophile. Furthermore, I didn't buy the veracity of any of his "relationships" with adults. However, I grew up in the 80s when Thriller ruled. Hits like "Billie Jean" will remain classics. From what I saw in This is It!, I could tell that his musical talent went beyond singing and dancing; he had a sense of how he wanted songs to be arranged for example. I guess you can be taught that, but in him it seemed innate. I will give him props on that because I know that's not as simple as it looks. How many people still in the game have that kind of talent?

I know that I can't say what would happen if my child was in that position, but I would like to believe I would want the perp to be punished to the fullest extent of the law AND file a civil suit for damages.
Screw simply taking the money (regardless of its overblown amount) and letting this creature continue to do his damage to other children. It sends a message that he was innocent and let other families believe it was just hype that people put out there to get money from.
How can your child(ren) grow up feeling justified and ever fully start to move forward knowing that you sold them out? UGH.

But remember what happened when one kid did press charges? Remember thousands of people demonstrating outside the courthouse and Jacko standing on a car waving an umbrella at the mob? Remember the family and their motives being ripped to shreds in the media for two years? Remember Jacko being acquitted? I wouldn't want to go through that.

I'm always surprised at how many people think that MJ was innocent. Most people don't know that he was found with questionable materials. I know the people I tell are always surprised and say they'd never heard that before. I think that even without knowing about the questionable materials he comes off as guilty. Neverland was a pedophile's playground. And what adult sleeps in a bed with children that aren't their own? Hello? Red flag! I know I'm preaching to the choir, but it's still so upsetting.
