The Africa Parks story isn't going away. Harry has yet to comment. Meanwhile, Harry plays polo. Read the full article for descriptions of the horrific torture methods used on people. Imagine if it was William, Charles, Andrew, or any other royal involved in this mess. They'd be called on the carpet and relentlessly hounded by the media until they spoke out and/or resigned from the group. William missed a memorial service and he was straight-up accused of murder FFS. Harry is the former president and currently a board member of an organization accused of torture and he gets to just shrug his shoulders and hang out with his polo buddies like nothing is wrong. He's the highest profile member of the board and has been connected to this org for over 6 years. He found out about these allegations years ago and hasn't done enough to get to the bottom of them or make the necessary changes to the organization to make sure this stops and doesn't happen again. This is why non-profit orgs have boards, so there is oversight of their activities.

I seem to remember posters in this forum getting very up in arms because Wills didn't fly to a different country for a soccer game. It meant he didn't care about women and was a sexist pig despite him doing a lot with the women's team. Harry's playing polo while the org he was president of hires rangers that assault and murder residents of the forest. He remains in a position of power in this org and has done nothing. The cherry on top of the shit cake? He continues to flaunt his connection to them and their work. What're the odds these same posters will have something to say to this?

I guess "meeting Rishi Sunak" is the new " hiking in Transylvania." If my child had spoken of my spouse the way Harry has demeaned Camilla, I wouldn't meet with him until he apologized.

I don't exactly blame him, *if* it's true. Page 6 is where Meghan and Harry go to complain about stuff. There are stories that every time Harry meets Charles it is about demands for something (including money) that gets old really fast. And that's without the threat of "Dad did this/Camilla said that" revelations every time they are confirmed to meet. Most people would not be eager to meet Harry after the campaign he's waged for 4 years where he doesn't think he has anything to apologise for.
Plus I wouldn't be surprised if Harry has tried to draw Charles into his various lawsuits, including the ones against his government that means it's not a great idea to meet in person. Plus Harry only ever wants to meet on his schedule, no one else's so he can't necessarily be surprised that his family doesn't drop everything whenever he's in the UK.

The same Camilla that made his mother’s life a misery and wrecked two families in the process that Camilla! Hadnt realised she was canonised as well as crowned! Honestly, this old chestnut. So over it. The relationship between Charles and Diana was the result of both of them. I do believe that Charles did try to make it work with Dianna for years, but she did not make it easy, and I believe cheated first. I also believe that Camilla was always the better match for him in terms of age, interests and intelligence. And it was a great disservice to all that their relationship was not encouraged.

I have to disagree that this doesn't make Charles look good. Honestly, I think the whole family is 100% correct to not see/speak to Harry. He has disparaged, mocked, and relentlessly attacked them for years. Why should they make an effort to see someone so hostile to them? Harry is a toxic man baby who I wouldn't want in my life either.

Eh...is anyone really still invested in the constant "will they or won't they get together" saga? Are we going to be reading the same stories years from now every time Harry crosses the pond?
Honestly, the semi-detente that seems to be present at the current moment with all the players in the Sussexit drama just going about their lives and publicly wishing eachother well seems like it might be the best possible outcome. Whether or not Harry and Charles see eachother for brief private visits a couple times a year matters little at this point as, in my view, anyone still hoping for a prodigal son-type situation is delusional. Clearly Harry & Meghan were not and would not be happy living and working within the Firm, so their departure really was for the best--even if it was needlessly messy and acrimonious. Given the personalities involved, I can't see them ever having a close relationship with Will & Kate or Charles & Camilla, so barring a divorce situation it pretty much is what it is.

I agree, and I genuinely wish the Sussexes well in their jam-making and any other above-board endeavors. I truly hope they can earn plenty of honest money and both families can live their lives in peace. I hope I live long enough to pick up a copy of People Magazine in my dentist's futuristic office and read about "the surprising American siblings who are 98th and 99th in line for the British throne."
