I'm hoping to God I am seeing a new society (maybe it is because of the internet? different topic for a different day) that this shit (priests, teachers, scout leaders turned predators/rapists) will not go on in silence. God I hope. I'm almost thinking that if Dr. Huxtable can go down, and go down BIG, the gig is up. I hope. Ive said this upthread, but I really don't think anything is going to happen to him. Sadly, I see nothing coming out of this. The first few shows cancelled, but he is already resuming his book tour and laughing about it. I think he will withstand this. He will withstand it, but there was a time when he could completely get away with it. Things are moving in a positive direction, albeit, slowly.

And speaking Full House and other shows like that, so often they have red carpet reunions or pose with each other at events, and it's a nice warm fuzzy for fans to see. It's so common for so many shows now off the air. But I honestly can't think of a single instance with Cosby and the kids on that show. There's no after show support or playfulness there. Most shows I grew up watching have mini reunions or a bit of friendly affection for their former co stars. The only ones I can think of where no one seems to show up near each other are Alf, where everyone hated each other and wanted to die, and Cosby. I could have sworn there was already a mini-reunion, and Lisa Bonet wanted no part of it. ( Source) Cosby reportedly has no interest in a reunion now anyway (from 2014): Bill Cosby deems 'Cosby Show' cast 'too old' for reunion showGee, he sounds like a crotchety old man. I never knew the cast of Alf hated each other! [/off-topic]

Oh, so there has been some sort of mini-reunions with them then. I stand corrected. Though you still don't see them showing up to each others movie or projects or what not to show support like a lot of older show casts do.
And off-topic: I don't know that the Alf people hated each other, that was too strong of a word. But they HATED being on the show and were all in deep personal misery at the peak of their fame. Seriously, any behind the scenes on that show... there's nothing but vitriol. I guess the set was a death trap, because Alf had to be able to roam, and filming took much longer than a normal show. I think all four leads never acted again.

6 Beloved Shows That Traumatized Cast MembersAlf is on the list (and so is Growing Pains because of Kirk Cameron's extreme assholery). Apparently the puppetmaster was a tyrant who believed the puppet was real and had trap doors put all over the place (really? Couldn't just hide behind a couch?) that risked injury for the others. Also, the family's name was Tanner. Are they related to Danny Tanner? Did Alf and Full House belong to the same universe?

The easiest way to tell if a person has any real experience in Massachusetts is how they pronounce Worcester. It's so hilarious when people think there's an H sound in there.
