Well, the plastic surgery industry is no longer content with making middle-aged women feel insecure about the natural aging process. Their new logic is that if you have *preventitive* procedures done in your late 20s/early 30s then you don't *need* a major overhaul when you are older. And I guess poor old Cindy got suckered by that line - it probably doesn't help that her husband has a thing for the young waitresses he employs.

Unpopular opinion I know, but I always thought that not only was Cindy never beautiful, but she was homely. To me she has always looked dirty as if she needs a shower.

I think she used to be absolutely stunning. And I always liked the fact that compared to many models, she had a bit of meat on her bones. Now she just looks too thin and drawn for my liking. And her face is beginning to get that there's something not quite right look to it. And that's really sad because a woman with her bone structure should still look amazing in her late 30s/early 40s and beyond. That could be just me though - women who have had procedures done never look more youthful or refreshed IMO. They just look like an odd version of their former selves.

I think it's been longer than 11 years. I'm convinced she had a nose job long before she started to have things done to ward off the aging process.

I never could see the appeal. I know when she inititally began her career, she was touted as being a "baby Gia" but there was only a similarity in coloring, imo. Gia was beautiful with delicate features, while Cindy always looked slightly mannish and rough to me. I'm not surprised that she's had work done. I'm surprised that she's admitting it. Why now, I wonder?

It does seem like a strange admission and makes me wonder if she has something up her sleeve. Maybe she thought her honesty would endear herself to her fans. I don't think anyone expected the Revlon cosmetics to make them look like Cindy, but I can see some people feeling a bit miffed that she claimed her skin is in great condition because of her Meaningful product line.
I guess I'm in the minority but I still think she looks great, if a bit thin. I had no idea that she's 40.

Cindy Crawford had work done? Wow, no kidding? I love stars who admit to the obvious.

Eh, I always thought she was a boring model, appearance-wise. She seems to have a decent brain though.

I'm not sure "benefited" is the word I'd use. She looks much worse than most of her exsupermodel pals and she was the most beautiful of them all to start with.
Being told you are fat for 20 years probably messes with your head though and makes it easire for the surgeons to get their claws into you.
