That's a good question- I believe it has to do with context/intent: if the impersonation is clearly meant as a joke or spoof, then it's free expression (this is why stripper cops are okay). But if you are trying to do harm or engage malicious behavior, that's criminal. I think I watch too many law shows...
Anyway, I also thought it was kind of a mean scenario, and I think (as usual) they were trying to get her to play the "don't you know who I am?" card, which she didn't.
Overall, it confirmed my bland-but-sweet impression of her.

From that whole episode, especially with the nervous laughter, I got from her 'OK I'm drunk, but I don't want to get arrested.'

Why is it that I'm constantly seeing pictures of her stuffing her face with something or other, yet she remains relentlessly stick-thin???
I was going to add that seeing someone practically shoving their entire fist into their mouth when eating would put me off them, but on reflection, maybe that's what Jake sees in her...

So THAT'S what it is!! I have always wondered what someone as seemingly intelligent and brutally hot as Jake sees in Kiki. Now I know. He's just being a guy. A normal, horny, goes-for-the-awesome-bj type of guy.

She got wickedly ugly teeth....
So I've only watched her in the first Spiderman movie because of her mouth furniture...

I don't mind her jack-up teeth - it is actually nice to see someone who hasn't gotten the veneers (like Hilary "Mr. Ed" Duff).
But her acting in Spider-Man 2 was awful. There were scenes where her character should have been terrified, but she was just kinda standing there all "Huh. Someone just threw a car through the window of the cafe and is now trying to kill the person I was having lunch with. Imagine that."
Punk'd really is a mean-spirited show. I've never been all that impressed by an episode except for the one where Justin Timberlake thought all his stuff was going to repossessed so he called his mommy. That was just funny.

The last time I liked anything she acted in was when she played Amy in Little Women.

It seems like her work is really inconsistent. I don't know if that's her fault or just a crappy director. I thought she was awesome on SNL a couple years ago, and I liked her in Crazy/Beautiful, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Little Women, Virgin Suicides, but I thought she was blah in Spiderman 1-2, Interview with the Vampire, Drop Dead Gorgeous (but I think there are other things at fault with the last two in this list). Sometimes she just seems really bored/flat in roles. I tend to think she works better in smaller roles, or roles where she isn't carrying a movie.

See - I thought the one and only thing she was good in was Interview the the Vampire. Of course, that may have been due to the horrible suckage (no pun intended) and terrible miscasting of the rest of the cast. She nailed the part of Claudia.

I can't really call her amazing in Virgin Suicides as that really was a story driven movie. Take away the great script and all you have is one more young actress playing the hot girl. I can't really blame her for Spiderman1 and 2 as it seems to me they just wanted a warm body who could scream alot for the movie. Mary Jane the character from the movie is pretty forgettable no matter who played her (if they had stuck to the character from the comic books, who was much more of a party girl, I think it would have been a better movie). I've seen parts of Crazy Beautiful, but not the whole thing, but again, she is playing the girlfriend. I will agree that she was amazing in Interview With the Vampire but how old was she there, 10?
