Zac Efron has a thread, and this kid doesn't? For shame.

I read that Michael is going to be starring in a movie adaptation of Youth In Revolt, which is one of the worst books I have ever read. This news saddens me. Hopefully the movie will be really different from the book, and he will rescue it, but we'll see. Gah.

I adore him. I think he's one of the best young actors around. He was brilliant in Arrested Development - no one does reaction shots like him. Totally sweet and believable and never overplays it. I was worried that his unconventional looks would scupper his career. He's not your obvious leading man, with his cute little microphone head.

Naw, I think he's cute. I believe I said this in another thread, but I can see him growing up to be in rom-coms. (Not that I like those, but still...)

Anyway, this kid is just a cutie, in a dorky way. I love those the best. I have yet to see Superbad, but I really want to.

He's wonderful. It's weird, but I'm almost jealous of him because I wish I'd been like that when I was a teenager. He's just so cool and hilarious.

He has a big part in Juno. There were a lot of nice things about the shooting experience, but getting to talk to Michael Cera every day was one of the nicest. I told him about my Degrassi obsession and since most Canadian child actors know each other, he'd taunt me with (true) stories like "I've had sleepovers with Ryan Cooley."

Gah. He makes me feel so emo. Where's the throbbing-heart smiley?

I loved Youth In Revolt. I thought it was hilarious. I let two friends borrow it and one loved it as much as I did and the other couldn't get past the first chapter. I think he could do a good job with the part.
