I honestly don't even care if the next one is actually any good - I just want to see more Capt'n Jack flouncing about with the rest of the pirate gang.

Looks like Orli is once again shoved aside by Keira. (I'm not a rabid Orlando Bloom fan but I can't help notice that his role has become, um, less compelling as the trilogy winds on)

I hate to say it, but Keira's looking a little, erm, mannish. However, Geoffrey Rush screaming in someone's face always means good times.

I loves me some Geoffrey Rush. I wept tears of joy when Capt. Barbedos walked down the steps at the end of the last one. (I thought it would be AnnaMaria. Ironically the cast was told it WOULD be AnnaMaria in order to capture their genuine shock at seeing Barbedos) But re: the new pics. DAYUM! [Chandler Bing] Could Johnny Depp BE more gorgeous! [/CB]. Poor Orlando Bloom. Will Turner might as well push himself back into sea on the bit of rubble he rode in on. His presence is no longer required.  |

I guess I can see the potential but the actress (Zoe Saldana) playing her sucked so bad that I'm glad they didn't keep her around. |

The second one completely reminds me of what they did with Back to the Future: Part II. It was just a little segue to the third installment. This new POTC is going to KICK.ASS.
