Apologies if this thread has already been opened... I just love this movie, hairspray, Jami Gertz, cheesy special effects and all.
"You're a vampire, Michael! A goddamn vampire! You just wait til Mom gets home!"
Also, the convent-educated teenager in me just likes looking at the Kiefer and his debauched posse... fnar.
What do ya'll think?

I LOVE this movie! The feet freaked me out the first time I ever saw it!

That is one of my absolute favorite Eighties movies. I had such a crush on Keifer and his bleached out hair. And their stoned-out grampa rocked.

This movie freaked me out when I was a toddler, especially that one scene where one of the vampires bites a guy in his head, yet I learned to appreciate it a few years later. Anything that could make the Corey's (Feldman and Haim) still look cool is a good thing.

;D LOVE that movie. I was 13 when it came out, and I saw it in the theater. It had just the right mix of scary and funny for my barely teenaged self. And Keifer was H.O.T. Of course, I always fall for the hot villain in movies.

Good cheesy fun. And the scene after Keifer's deer antler impalement, he never looked so young and innocent again in his life.
I never understood why Corey Haim's character would have a huge poster of Rob Lowe caressing his own chest on his bedroom wall.

Oh yes, I actually recorded this movie when I was a kid since I found (and still find mind you) Jason Patric hot as hell. The other guy that I found insanely hot was the dark haired guy from Keifer's posse.
Another good line: "it's the attack of Eddie Munster!"

The other guy that I found insanely hot was the dark haired guy from Keifer's posse. Billy Wirth! Oh, lordy, I could barely concentrate with him in the movie! The other one with the long blonde hair was pretty hot too. Not Marco - it was the one who got melted in the bathtub of holy water when the dog shoved him in.
