Not really specific, but doesn't it seem like the media goes ga-ga anytime a blonde wears yellow? Reese, Michelle Williams, Cate Blanchett, Renee, etc.? I thought Marion Cotillard wore a nice yellow dress a little while ago and blew them all away. But I admit that I don't like it when blonds wear yellow, or when redheads wear pink. But that's just my own weird tick.

Yellow's never been one of my favorite colors (I'm a blonde), so it's a moot point for me, but I was told once that you should avoid colors that your hair blends into. Any thoughts on that? I thought that Reese looked adorable last year and wasn't as crazy about the yellow that Michelle Williams chose, but they did both look pretty darn good.

I think that people should avoid colors that their skin blends into much more than their hair. I am very pale and therefore never wear beige, cream, or any light pastels. Those colors all wash me out.

Katherine's coat looks 'quilty'. Ick. And Kim is just...I don't know...she's cute and not a total twig, but she is also trashy.

From that wacky domino tournament the other night (WTF? Dominoes?), I present Ashton, Demi, and Rumer. Fuck, this just screams of trying too hard. Demi would have looked great if she were solo but loses all points for too much coordination. Rumer is too ugly to make anything look good and Ashton is beyond words.

I don't look at Rumer's ace. I want that dress, though. I don't have anything to wear it to, but I want it so bad. I'm getting annoyed, though, because I swear someone else wore that same dress recently, but I cannot remember who. Does anyone know?

Academy Awards fashions: I love Marion Cotillard's mermaid gown. Renee Zellweiger's dress is pretty as well. I hope Jennifer Hudson is only wearing that awkward gown because she is campaigning for the title role in the Aretha biopic.

Oscar Fashion:

I hated all the one shoulder dresses, although I will admit some looked better than others. Hated Julie Christie's strange outfit. Hated the unkept look on Cameron Diaz, the look at me, I'm so edgy look on Ellen Page.

Loved (I can't believe I'm saying this) the dress Miley Cyrus wore although I think it was too mature for a 15 year old. And I loved loved loved Helen Mirren and Marion Cotillard.
