I think young girls and teenagers tend to be attracted to feminine looking men, like a young Leo. Today it would be the Jonas Brothers, for example. They're safe and sweet, plus Mom feels okay with them being plastered all over the walls of their daughters.

As we get older we want someone who has some vigor to them. When I was younger I was all about the weak looking boys now it'll take two Jon Hamms to get the job done.

That's a good observation - as a freshman in high school, I may not have like Leonardo, but I did like Hanson. Talk about nonthreatening masculinity ... maybe DiCaprio was just too much of a man for me!

Actually, though, I just thought that Leo looked like an elf. And now he looks like an old elf.

Leo is a weird case. I never think he looks all that attractive in stills, but when I see him in movies he can be smoking hot. Like in Blood Diamond for example: hawt. And then when he does an interview or a I see a photo... nothing. Very weird. I have the same reaction with James McAvoy: looks like nothing in photos and yet absolutely sexy on screen.

As for ugly. I just saw some recent online pics of Russell Crowe. What happened? There's a puffy, bloated, pudgy man where there used to be a guy with some real spark. He doesn't look different as much as he just looks dull now. Very odd.

I think we saw the same Russell Crowe photos. He looks like the Comic Book Store Guy from The Simpsons.

I think Carrie and Kellie look okay, they're just plain. Taylor on the other hand, she looks like a muppet or something. She also has very squinty eyes. She always looks like she has the sun in her eyes or something.
