Good plastic surgery is a combo of a good doctor and what they have to work with. Farrah has abused the sun and drugs for years. You can't undo that just with the knife.

Catherine Zeta Jones looks so...different. I can't quite put my finger on it. But it's not the same face as when she first got famous. Some of the softness is gone..and I don't know what else, just not the same. Anyone know what she had done? Or am I dreaming?

WoopdeDoo (love the name), in her T-Mobile ads, CZJ's eyes look almost Asian. I'm thinking an eye and/or brow lift.

In my opinion, that's bad surgery, because it took the focus off her really lovely eyes. However, those lips got her noticed, apparently, so who am I to judge.

In my opinion, she was soooo pretty in the before picture! Now she just looks weird.

I think Heidi Klum has had a nose job. She looks like CEMJ now.

Couldn't agree more that Lisa Rinna has done herself no favours with the surgery. I think she was lovely before.

Heidi Klum now has what my friends and I call "porn star nose". It's the majorly thinned out bridge that porn chicks were all getting and has since become so popular in Hollywood. It looks so unnatural.

Thin the nose, pluck the eyebrows to death, add lip and breast implants, spackle on the makeup, bleach the hair, stop eating. Voila! Homogenized starlet #348393492034. Sigh.

So I was watching General Hospital today and it struck me that, asides from being a terrible actress, that Natalia Livingston has the perfect example of what can be termed the nosejob nose:

I have no early pictures of her so I can't say that for sure she has had a nose job, but everyone who does ends up with a nose like that. It just screams "I've been worked on". Who wants a nose that screams?

Ashley Judd has definitely had something done. Her whole face looks completely different than even a couple of years ago - especially around the eyes.

I'm still on my quest to find a picture of Rachel Weisz's original nose, which is very different from the one she has now.

In the past I've seen pictures of her from around 1994, and she looks like a completely different person.

Hee! That could be the plot for the next Indiana Jones movie. Someone call George Lucas...who could use a little lipo to help him find his chin.
