Tori Spelling looks like my 80-year-old mother-in-law who has not had any work done. I think she looks great for her age. Tori does not.

I just saw pictures from Madonna’s appearance at the VMAs. I hope her plastic surgery makes her happy, but her I can’t help but think her butt lift/implants are a BIG YIKES. |

Are those butt check hammocks? It looks like there are slings, like underwire bras, only underwire butt lifts.

I think the camera caught her in the middle of a weird expression, but I also think she's been getting some botox and fillers over the years. Nothing too drastic, but very good skin care and some light injectables. I just don't believe anyone who makes their living in front of a camera doesn't go to extraordinary lengths to keep their face looking good. They all do it, just some more than others. |

But when I see pictures of her, she just looks like she's gained weight, not like she's "disfigured". Also, I just don't understand CoolSculpting. Does it do anything? What? How? And why did she have it on her face? I thought it was for your stubbornly pudgy bits, like a less invasive lipo.

I haven’t read anything it confirm she had the procedure on her face? I suppose she could have had it on her neck / jaw area? I was assuming she’d had it on her abdomen and / or legs and she is possibly physically disfigured in some way although I imagine gaining and being unable to lose weight is disfiguring for someone whose livelihood is dependent on their appearance.
It just goes highlight the risks with plastic surgery and related procedures. The risk is you are unhappier with your body after the procedure than you were with it before the procedure…..
