Oh, gosh, I love that Broken Glass jello! So much fun but, yes, a PITA to make. I made this with coffee gelatin once (so good), and another time for the MLS final when Real Salt Lake played Sporting KC. Kansas City was represented by barbecue and macaroni, and Salt Lake was repped with funeral potatoes and broken glass jello. One of my least favorite kitchen chores is peeling boiled potatoes, and that ranked more irritating than making fussy jello. |
