I'm tired of my clothes. I need to go get ready for work and I don't want to wear anything I own. Blaaah. Someone come pick something out for me. The Boy is off today, and he's still in bed. I should wake him and make him pick out my outfit.

I'm wearing a new navy blue and white wrap dress today. It is mostly blue and has a large white floral pattern. The best part is that I got it for $30! Wooo Hooo!!

Sounds super-cute!
I'm with you, Shanmac. I hate all my work clothes. My casual clothes are marginally better (probably because I went on a bit of a capri pants binge at the beginning of the summer). Getting dressed in the morning is practically depressing at this point.

Capri denim pants, and a white t-shirt. Blue Keen mary-janes.

Green camisole, dark denim bermuda shorts, olive green and pink flip flops for the grocery store and boxers and a teal t-shirt for home. I'm fancy, y'all!!!

You mean green, right Snowberry? Hee, I'm teasing. You green freaks are influencing me, though. I bought a bright green vintage t-shirt a few days ago.

Hee -- you cannot escape the green obsession. You will get sucked in. Ugh, I know. I did get some new, cute things recently, but it's only a matter of time before I'm tired of them, too. Oh, if only I had endless supplies of cash and could buy new clothes every day. My clothes have been cute but not fun lately. For my aunt's wake, I wore a charcoal-gray pencil skirt (I love that skirt but hadn't had a chance to wear it yet) with this adorable black cap-sleeved top (it the sleeves go almost to the elbow and they have these cute little buttons on it) and black, pointy-toed kitten heels. Today, I wore this shirtdress. I bought it for work and hadn't gotten a chance to wear it, either. Right now I'm in loungewear, but it's not nearly as sloppy as my typical at-home uniform: black camisole and cute, pink boyshorts. I'll just be lying around the house tomorrow for a much-needed "day of doing nothing" (OK, so I have some writing to do, blah), but Monday I'm going to wear the brightest, cheeriest thing I can find. Something obnoxiously green, I think.

I am currently wearing plaid flannel boxers and a ratty T that I've had since the early nineties. It was once black, but now it's this ugly gray-black. It also has countless holes in it (including one where my nipple pops out sometimes, klassay) and paint stains on it. Damn, I need to throw this one out... but it's so soft!
I need cuter loungewear like Shanmac has. By the way, not to sound all shallow about your aunt's funeral, but your outfit sounds too freaking cute. Wantz.

Not all my loungewear is cute. Especially because my dryer is evil and has started putting holes in things. I hang my "real clothes" to dry (always have; I'm paranoid about shrinking things), but my loungewear is fair game, and most things are tattered and hole-y. Plus, most of it is really old -- like, things I've had for 10 years or more. I did buy a couple cute pairs of knit boyshorts at Victoria's Secret because sometimes I want to feel cute when I'm lounging. But usually I'm wearing tattered yoga pants and a tank top with a hole in the boob. Klassy!
