A black pencil skirt and summer weight sweater. It was my second day in a row wearing a skirt and I may never wear pants again? Because I have gotten so many compliments, and someone catcalled me 'slim' today (uh clearly an optical illusion, but complimentary nonetheless). I'm always so cold in skirts, but maybe pants have been making me bulky all this time.

Today I am wearing a dark green dress/tunic made of satin and cotton, with puffy sleeves. I've paired it with black leggings, a gold leopard print ring and scrunchy, black suede boots with pointy toes and a cuff at the top.
I look like I should be chilling in Sherwood Forest with my Merry Men, but whatever- I like this outfit.

I'm wearing some dark wash lowrise jeans, brown ankle-length boots, brownish jacket (dare I say, blazer? Does that age me too much that I use that word?), light pink boatneck top and purplish pashmina.
I don't really like this jacket/blazer. It's wool and the lining is pretty but it is boxy. I like a more tailored jacket but all my other ones are too thin for the cold weather here right now. Boo.

I've got my second office Christmas party in a row to go to tonight (yawn!) and I have this little black all sequins dress with black opaque hose and black ankle boots. I'm really into all black lately.

I'm having a holiday shopping meltdown! I have a couple of weddings and holiday parties lined up and it's a bit of a mess. The girls at these gatherings always look amazing. Does anyone one know of any good online sites? I want to keep the price kind of reasonable since I wear a 0/1 and will probably have to pay for some alterations as well. Thanks in advance!

Man, I have bought a ton of dresses from Forever 21 lately, they are practically free. Also, Neiman Marcus, Revolve Clothing, and Bluefly have been having great sales on really nice stuff, although lots of the smaller sizes are sold out. There is still a ton out there, though. Google each name for a promo code before you buy anything, you can usually get 30% off, free shipping and handling, something!

Jeans week all week. So today it was dark rinse denim jeans, a white long sleeve t-shirt and a red merino wool cardigan from Athleta.
Tomorrow--basically the same outfit--only it'll be a dijon mustard/pink (sounds weird but works) sweater, also from Athleta, with lighter jeans.
However this weekend? A family wedding. I'm wearing a purple wrap dress with black heels t othe reception--paired with lime green jewelry. It works, in a weird way.

That sounds great! I have this black and white striped sequin tank dress to wear for new year's eve, and I think I'm going to go completely over the top and wear it with lace tights, my new black over the knee leather boots, and my new shrunken fake fur jacket. Just have to remember not to stand on any busy corners, it's so Pretty Woman it's unbelievable. My new thing is making hookery clothes work. It's 50/50 so far. Thank god I have small boobs, otherwise, none of my new stuff could be worn out of the house.
Most likely, I will be too scared of the fake fur jacket, and opt for my black leather jacket though. I also might switch for opaque black tights, because my outfit is practically a costume. It will all depend on if I start drinking before I get dressed. Once drunk, I think I can wear a She-Ra costume with jeans and make it work at the local dive bar.
