I hate that Rob seems not to know the difference between Survivor and The Amazing Race.

I think this is my problem with him, too. I've sucessfully avoided Survivor until now, and I don't want to watch that crap on my show. IIRC, isn't it against the rules to hinder the other teams? I think his ploy on the bus( bribing the driver to not open the rear door) certainly should qualify for a penalty.

Happy first TARs day in our new home!

I must weigh in on the Rob/Ambah debate: I am not familiar with either of them 'cause I quit watching Survivor after season 2. Hot Australian Colby just did not clean up well at all! I jest...sorta. I love how divided people are about this guy. It's either LOVE him or LOATHE him. I'm neutral. He has been impressive so far in the race, but I'm with others who don't really like the Survivor-ish tactics he's using. I thought the whole bus debacle (both the bribe to keep the back doors shut and the theft of another team's money) was really out of line. However, would you be stupid enough to trust this guy?

Right now I'm loving Uchenna, but not his wife. Uchenna is very, very attractive. So, yeah, I'm being shallow and rooting for the pretty. It's too soon to pick a favorite. It is not, however, too soon to pick my please-make-them-be-Philiminated-next team. Go away, soldier and beauty queen.

That was excellent racing. Rob was genius to think of that, no matter what your opinion of him. Uchenna rocked the meat (...mind wanders....) and I wanted to smack the kid of the Mom-n-kid combo. SHUT UP and get your ass in gear.

I'm sad to see the girls go. But, they deserved it. They really screwed up that drive. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Chile is that thin-ish country between an ocean and a massive mountain range? How difficult could it have been to aim for those tall things in the sky? And they spoke fluent Spanish!!! HUGE mistake, ladies and I'm sorry to tell you...you deserved to be Philiminated. I do agree with Phil that if not for that mistake, they would have made the final three (and I think it would be fantastico to see a woman/woman team win). They were a solid team. Why o why did you not make sure you had the correct directions?

While I am a loyal TWoPper, it is nice not to ride the huge waves of self righteousness in those forums every once in a while.

I am firmly on the Rhabfather Love train and I love the way they race.

I probably wouldn't have eaten that crap either.

I wasn't enjoying Rob's style.....until last night. He kicked ass and is making this season more enjoyable for it. TAR needed a bit of shaking up. Rob's doing it.

Well this past episode clearly shows what is wrong about the race set-up. Anyone else remember Emily and Nancy’s 24-hour penalty in the first season? Bad race design! Also, enough with the eating challenges. This isn’t fear factor.

Not in with liking Rob and Amber yet. But I am respecting them for playing the game well. I really want to like the other teams but they need to stop whining. Of course, once I start to like Debbie and Bianca (you'll notice that happens to coincide with them stopping whining) they lose.

I'd have to say that my favorite team right now is Uchenna and Joyce (they don't seem to be all about the drama plus he is absolutely gorgeous). But that could change easily.

Rob is an evil genius. Love him. But the taxi stealing was IMO unnecessary.

I hate Rob but I've gotta him credit for being so resourceful and smart about playing the game. Who knew that he could talk all those people into taking a penalty?
