There's news Adam Rodriguez won't be back on Miami[/color]. His jawline alone was keeping me hooked on that show. This is a tragic, tragic moment (ok, it's totally not but still--the duh-RAMA)!

Yay, CSI: Original Recipe is back ... and they bounced Riley! Color me happy! I had no idea she was gone. I was so happy I . I liked Lauren on MutantX, but she grated like nobody's business on CSI. I must admit they used her exit interview effectively. There was a lack of cohesion last year. I loved Morpheus' appearance, kicking that guy through the window. Sigh...it's back!

I read a few interviews about how you couldn't afford to miss the first three minutes of the premiere, crazy stuff happening, etc. Well, I missed the show - what was the craziness?

I think it was just the frozen "bullet-time" scene. They took a climactic scene from about 3/4 of the way through, froze it like those Matrix movies, and you could see everybody frozen as the camera walked you through the entire department and past most of the cast members.
Then the show started from the beginning "48 hrs earlier".

Loved the Matrix beginning, the freeze framing and the Smiths. Too funny.
And Sara and Grissom are married!!! what!?

Also loved the Matrix shout outs. LB going all Morpheus was totally cool. More like: Sara and Grissom are married!!! Boo!!!! Never cared for them as a couple. If Gris was going to end up with a woman from the lab, it should have been Catherine. Noodle, I thought Sara hated the lab, and crime, and all that jazz. Now she's back 'cuz she missed her friends?! Whatever!

I liked Sara with Grissom and thought it made sense for her to come back. As she explained, Grissom was away and the lab was short-handed. Easier to call back someone who knows the job than train someone new, although they'll have to do that eventually. Plus, of course she'd miss her friends; she worked with Nick, Catherine, etc. for what? Eight years. Totally plausible.

I've been laid up sick and watching CSI:Miami and I really can't stand how Ryan speaks. He's always breathing out each line as if its effort for him to speak. I hate it! I mute him has much as possible.

You watch CSI:Miami and Ryan is the tipping point for annoyance? Did Horatio die?
