Apparently Hayden's the next one to quit acting (or Hollywood), like, you know, Fishstick. He considers studying architecture.

I saw Star Wars last night and loved it. I thought he did much better in this one. The scene with him shirtless in bed with Natalie was delish.

He's good in Shattered Glass, trust me. He just can't act with George Lucas. Only someone who is incredibly charismatic and naturally gifted, like Ewan, can shine in an environment like that.

So true. As an actor myself, your only as good as your director and the writing. Even good actors flounder without that, unless your so good you can be on your own like Ewan.

From what I understand that article was incredibly misquoted. It's not a very reliable source and it sounds like they took random quotes of his and threw them together and then added some of their own stuff. A lot of that stuff, like the architecture thing, he said years ago and the quitting acting comment was in a different context. It was like "I'm going to act as long as it makes me happy and I get jobs and then when that stops I guess I'll quit" and "I'd like to spend some time in school at some point and maybe study Architecture or English." Plus, it doesn't really sound like something he'd say. He's pretty classy and he never puts others down, especially other celebrities. I wouldn't put to much stock into anything that was printed in that article.

He seems like one of the few celebs that are genuinely nice. If he did quit I'd be surprised and very sad. He's so pretty to look at.

I heart Hayden. So very much. I recently got the chance to see Life As A House and now I can't stop watching it. He's so tortured, so lost. Plus the eyeliner and piercings are all kinds of hot on him!!

I've come to the conclusion that this was done deliberately in order to start some kind of faux rivalry between Hayden and Orlando. It wouldn't be the first time the rags have done something like this.

yeah, that's what I first thought when I read about this. I'm and Orlando and Hayden fan, it just doesn't seem like Hayden would say something like that. I don't know the guy, obviously, but it's just out of character in his interviews. It's pathetic the tabs would start something like that between these two guys, neither one of them seem the type to take the bait.

They replayed the Jay Leno last night w/ him on it. I have watched Leno for the following people: Britney (yeah yeah), John Heder, and now Hayden. He's cute in that guy-who-is-not-at-first-overly-attractive-but-once-you-really-get-to-know-him-you-see-the-hottness way. He seemed very genuine and seemed like someone who I would enjoy spending time w/. He was very low-key and funny, playing off of the annoying Leno.

Sigh.
