I've never seen this show, because I'm too embarrassed to rent it at the video store. Not embarrassed because it's about gay people, but embarrassed because I don't want people thinking I'm a huge fan of the show, having heard how stupid it is/can be. I'm still curious though.

I think I'm going to get over that though and rent it tomorrow to see what all the fuss is about.

This is exactly why there is Netflix.

That's how I started watching the show. I'm on the 3 at a time plan so out of curiosity I rented the first 3 discs of season 1.

Another good thing is that Netflix either forgot, or don't know that seasons 2 and 3 don't have the recording lock on them. I know that places like that ALWAYS get discs that people can't record from. So I taped those 2 seasons on VHS. Saved a couple hundred dollars.
