I went from hating Shelly to really liking her and her gameplay. She's such a diabolical liar that it's absolutely fascinating to watch. The strange thing is, I think she believes everything she's saying.

Shelly did the most logical thing - to try and break up the strongest alliance while there was still a chance to do so. If I was in the jury, I'd give her them money just for that. But it sounds like she won't make it that far.

Geez, the amount of behind-the-scenes manipulation on this game show is ridiculous. They barely stay on the safe side of the line to avoid getting into hot water with the FCC.

I've seen several intimations by people who live and breathe this stuff that Big Brother and other competitive reality shows are not subject to the same FCC rules that, say, a quiz show like Jeopardy is.

There were only six people in the house: Kalia, Adam, Jeff, Jordan, Portia, and Rachel.

I could root for Rachel, but a win for her means a win for her and her Skype loving exhibitionist of a fiancé. This I cannot abide by.

Logically, if Rachel wins we can expect that her and Brendon will get married ASAP. If she loses, IMO he'll dump her like yesterday's news. She'd better pray she wins the whole shebang.

Because he's been sitting in the jury house for a few weeks now with Jeff, listening to Jeff talk about how high strung she is and how he and Jordon had to babysit her all the time, and how if Jordan was like that Jeff would not be with her. I think Brendon admires Jeff, and values his opinion. And Jordan is a harsh person to be compared to, what with her beauty and easy-to-live-with attitude. Knowing that Brendon was already trying to hook up with other women, and seeing how he browbeat Rachel in the house, I have to think he isn't as attached to her as she is to him. And his idea of himself as a cancer-curing doctor-to-be doesn't sync with her Vegas waitress lifestyle, as much as she paint herself as a chemistry grad student. When their last shot at winning is gone and he's left with a juvenile fiancee with a whiny disposition and no future prospects, I think he'll break it off pretty darn quick.

Although, she's talked about how they plan to move to Los Angeles, which I can only guess means they plan to be celebrities of some type... he's never going to cure cancer if that's the plan.

Brendan & Rachel bring out the worst in each other. If they do get married, I think the two of them will wind up being desperately unhappy. Brendan has taken an outgoing Vegas cocktail waitress & beaten her down to a whiny, unlikable individual.

Jordan commented on BBAD that Rachel was looking to do Bridal Bootcamp. Looks like these two want to be the next Rob & Amber, going from one reality show to the next.

I would think B&R should try for The Amazing Race... it might be well suited to her need to competitive nature.

I know Jeff and Jordan did it, but Jordan was just not quick enough to be good at it. I think Rachel would be. Brendon, who knows... I don't recall ever watching him bust his ass to win anything.

Edited to add: I see Jeff still feels he should have been handed a half a million, and can't grasp why Shelly might not have wanted to go along with that plan all the way to the end... He's such an entitled asshole.

Up until I watched BBAD last night, I thought the two women were sold on taking each other to the end. Now I think Porsche will take Adam if she wins part 3 of the HOH competition.

If Rachel comes in third, I think her head will explode.
