I'm pretty impressed at what Vanessa and Austin were able to pull of this week, but I'm not reading the live feeds like I usually do so I have no idea if what I'm seeing on the show is really happening. I know how much editing goes down.

You're right! I kept thinking his voice reminded me of someone. He does yell in the DR, doesn't he. Dan used to do that too. But Dan could never do wrong in my book.

Can someone explain the scene between Clay and Meg for me? Have they been fooling around? Did they know each before? Or was Meg just being drunk and Clay just being....a guy. He looked so flattered by her attention. Made me think his main attraction to Shelli is the undying attention and affection she provides him with. My new fave is Vanessa. If I were to bet on a winner, I would bet on her.

Still watching BB6. For a quick minute I thought I might have misjudged Eric. He was talking about how much bullshit it was for Bush to take us into Iraq (which was still a rather unpopular opinion at the time) and also seemed to honestly get why it's not okay to grope women without their permission. Then he went and won HOH and reminded me what I couldn't stand him. I am finding myself liking Maggie up to this point (episode 10). She was a good player. In retrospect it's easy to see why she won. Still interesting to see the little differences between then and now. Ivette was worried about coming out and talking about her GF, something that would have been of zero concern today. Janelle and Michael felt free to refer people as "r*tards." Howie's constant crude remarks and "boobies" talk was considered funny and charming. And Rachel is still considered old at the age of 33 ("I look pretty good for a 33-year-old").

I read that she was drunk but boy she was coming on to him.He seemed into it too but maybe he was drunk. I'm just glad that it's the end of Clay and Shelli.I'm kinda liking James now. He can be pervy at times but he's playing the game right.

It apparently happened after the Veto competition, because they were drinking during it. Meg and Becky both seem to be physically attracted to him, but I think what he has with Shelli is completely genuine.

It's another example of why they should supply the Hamsters with constant booze. Imagine if Shelli had walked in on that?!?! Dunh dunh DUNH!!!

I'm also rooting, sort of, for Vanessa. She's playing the best game. But like Derrick, she's not that compelling as a personality. Shelli will also be interesting to watch. Will she seek revenge, or also continue to play well? I have a soft spot for Steve, because he reminds me of my equally socially awkward brother, but he has done nothing in the game, other than that weird anti-Becky outburst.

Looks like I'd probably lose my bet on Vanessa (but ya never know). I missed the first few weeks and don't know much about Becky. She hasn't been featured much. She and Shelli kind of blend together looks-wise. They both have gorgeous hair, angular faces and pleasant personalities.

I will be pissed if they bounce Johnny Mac. I am rooting for him, Becky and James the most.
