I agree Dwan I felt sorry for her for about a quarter a second as well. Having your mom call you fat on national tv has got to suck. But you know what? As crazy and mean as New York's mom was, she was the only honest person there. Flavor is creepy. It's like he's living in his own little whore house with the women he's picked and the way he expects them to show him love. His dress is ridiculous, he acts like a clown, and he just doesn't look very clean.

However, if a person ever deserved to be spit on in the face, on national tv, it is New York...

tinyshoes -- I didn't get that he was upset so much about pumpkin being a famewhore but was upset about her not telling him she was a famewhore. He asked them all to be honest-- and I think he would have been okay with that if she had been.

I also took issue with Flav rejecting Pumkin based on her reality show status.

No, he said that would've been fine with him if she FESSED UP to him. Hottie was on another show and lied about it. If I saw what happened with Hottie, I would've went up and told him. That is, assuming I liked Flav and all that. This is just some hypothetical.

Lying by omission is still lying. It was just funny to see her say, So I've been on six reality shows, that doesn't mean I want to be on television!!

NY's mom not only explained a lot about NY, it almost -- ALMOST -- made me feel sorry for her. That feeling shrivelled up pretty damned quick, though.

Yeah. Through the whole time I was watching NY's mom...I felt very sorry for NY. I snapped out of it pretty quickly. NY is definetely a product of her mother. Good lord, is she a head case.

I don't think Flav is stupid enough to get involved with NY after seeing the mom. That's the kind of mom that breaks up relationships. Worse yet, the mother is a glimpse of what NY will be like.

Did anybody see the show last night? People on the TWOP board are mostly disappointed. They were looking for a sequel that included New York. It was fun to watch when the last thing you wanted to do in the world was "think". I think it even says on the credits "Mindless Productions" or "Mindless Entertainment". I was thinking he should dump the Hoops, and hook up with Anna Nicole. That THAT would be a "reality" show. Oh, the humanity........

I only saw bits and pieces of this series as I was flipping by (and apparently VH1 has been running non-stop marathons of this thing) and just in the short snippets I saw, I was convinced that the producers only had Flav keep New York around because she was crazy and would bring the trashy drama. There were just too many instances where it seemed like he wasn't all that impressed with her or didn't seem to like her (or her mother) that much, so I am convinced that it was the producers' decision.

And if the other girl won, then they basically pulled a "Joe Millionaire" where the "good girl" wins in the end. Although, I don't know if I'd call hooking up with Flav "winning"...

I don't know Soul, I agree that spitting on someone is about the nastiest thing you can do to someone, and I think it says more about the spitter than the spittee. I totally would have had more respect for the blond chick if she'd clocked New York. But I still think New York deserved it. She was cruel and nasty about everyone, stupidly scheming and said any horrible thing she could think of to make the other girls look bad.

I just saw the last show (ugh late again!) but I am so happy he picked her! I thought for a minute he would pick that crazy girl but he didn't! But me oh my...Hoopz shows some of her flavor in some photos online.

I watched very little of this season, though I did see enough to love Goldie and Hoops and man was I disappointed to see Hoops win. Hooking up with the greasy mummy is not winning.
