I loved the expression on Renee Walker's face when President Taylor was thanking her for all her efforts. I think Annie Wersching is an excellent actress.

What an ending! That's classic 24 right there. A bummer for sure but going back to basics with the "Don't get comfy, anyone can die here" theme.
Wersching is great. I totally buy her anxiety/vulnerability.
One little thing, what was up with her seeing the white wig in the apt. at the end? Was that used elsewhere in the episode?

The woman that transported Hasan to the terrorists was wearing a platinum wig. That's when she realized the woman was in cahoots with them. I also thought it was a nice scene with Renee & the President. I get the feeling no one ever thanked Renee for all she did or acknowledged all she lost. |

Yeah, it's only been a few hours since Rene was sawing off fingers and stabbing people relentlessly... it's nice to see that she still is clearly affected by that, as opposed to other characters who bounce back from life-threatening wounds from hour to hour.

I'd like a spin-off with Renee and Chloe. And hell, throw in Tony and bring Bill Buchanan back to life! They could call it "CTU". And then franchise it like the CSI shows. CTU LA, CTU NY, Rogue CTU...

I hope Renee & Chloe live to see the movie. Can you imagine how awesome they'd be if let loose? Though, I guess it depends on the timeline of the story. Will they make it pre-series, so we can find out why Jack was so loyal to President Palmer or post-series?

I can't believe they killed Renee. It's the final season. Can't they let Jack be happy. And I don't mean for an hour either. Well, the Russians just fucked up. Now, Jack is going to be on a mission to kill & kill painfully over the next 6 eps. Start with Dana.
Chloe should have been promoted a long time ago.
I hate Logan. Swarmy, little bastard. I don't trust him as far as I can heave him. He is up to no good.

So was I the only one watching the clock to see how long it took Jack to have sex?  It was their first (only) time, so maybe he was excited. I'm gonna miss Agent Freckles. She was pretty great. |
