I just started watching this and I'm near the end of S1 - so are you all saying that the annoying pervy douchy brother-in-law Andy does not drop dead at any point? Because I am just about to stop watching because I hate him so very much already.  If you don't find Andy funny at this point, you probably never will. He does become more endearing, but never less pervy. |

Man, this season is so much better than the last one! I like vulnerable Silas, bad-ass Shane and Andy doing something other than crushing on Nancy. I also like that this season they seem to have embraced that Nancy is basically the shittiest mother (and friend) ever -- no one's even pretending otherwise. I don't even root for her anymore, the only reason I want things to work out for her because it means that her sons and Andy will have a shot at a little happiness.
Loved them opening the mail. "I got into college?" Until Nancy started bawling over the paternity results, I fully expected it to be revealed that Shane faked the letter stating that Lars is Silas' father. (He so would!)
One big complaint, though: Doug not remembering the name of his kid? A little much, even for Doug.

Doug has smoked a lot of weed. I guess anything's possible.
I was almost hoping that Nancy's story of Judah passing her around was true because it might explain why she's so awful. I guess some people are just natural walking disasters.

This season was full of disappointments, but I thought that the finale last night was excellent.

It was!!! I really liked Esteban and Guillermo. I kind of forgot why he (G) hates Nancy though. I was very sad to see Shane crying. Is there going to be a new season?

Are they writing of Andy, Shane and Silas for the next season? If that's the case, I won't be back.
Nancy is my least favorite character, and a season of her in court/jail is not for me.
