I'm so excited (and not just about caffeine pills)! I had never seen the "jumping the shark" clip. Awesome. But I do love Henry Winkler for jumping over the inflatable shark on "Arrested Development."

So that's where the phrase comes from! Yeah, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.

My poor Buffalo Bills *sniff* I remember that moment. I had the flu and after he missed the kick I threw up. Where the hell is that guy now anyway? Nowhere near Buffalo I assume.

I think Verne Troyer drunk on the Surreal Life fits the definition of a "Spectacularly Bad TV Moment". Thank God for reality television! It doesn't get any better than watching Mini-Me take a piss on national television while he's naked.

7th Heaven's series finale on Monday takes the cake. "We're having twins!" "We're also having twins!" "Wow! We are having twins too!" Add in the fact that the climax took place off screen because they devoted too much time to "what-if" situations and standard Mary-bashing, the episode managed to be horrible even by 7th Heaven standards.

Now you know how Dr. Theopolis feels. (Why was he given a name that means 'City of God'?)
The funny thing about those old Buck Rogers episodes is that when you watch them now you tend to sympathize with the futuristic people who see Buck as a bizarre anachronism.

There is a terrible rumor going around that CW is going to bring back 7th Heaven next year. If so it will be one very very bad moment in TV history.
