ladymadonna- If you're still looking for the Ray Don speech- have you tried this website? www.designingwomenonline.com/index2.htmlA middle-aged swinger approaches the ladies in a sushi bar: MAN: Allow me to introduce myself -- Ray Don Simpson. JULIA: There's no need for introductions, Ray Don, we know who you are. RAY DON: (smiling) You do? JULIA: Of course. You're the guy who is always wherever women gather or try to be alone. You want to eat with us when we're dining in hotels, you want to know if the book we're reading is any good, or if you can keep up company on the plane. And I want to thank you, Ray Don, on behalf of all the women in the world, for your unfailing attention and concern. But read my lips and remember, as hard as it is to believe, sometimes we like talking just to each other, and sometimes we like just being alone.

Thank you mrspickles! It's wierd, I was reading the Golden Girls thread today and was thinking of digging this one up, and..... here it is!! ;D
I love the one where Anthony and Suzanne have to share a hotel room, and she thinks it would look wrong, so she gives him a bunch of lingerie to keep him warm in the van. LOL! They hate each other and then the next day they are giving each other facials!
I'm going to have to pick up the DVDs.

mrspickles, the best part about that was that there was a later episode where Ray Don Simpson wants to hire them. They recognize him, and he knows they look familiar but he can't place them. They spend the whole episode on pins and needles, hoping he won't figure it out. In the very last scene, after he's hired them, and he's walking out the door, Julia says, "And I want to thank you..." and he turns around saying, "NOW I recognize you!"

And wasn't Ray Don also their IRS auditor- when they brought the little individual canned daquiris to try to smooth things over with him?
