Ricky Gervais' brilliant series returns to HBO tonight...Andy finally gets his sitcom made, which can only mean more hilarity. And the guest cameos from actors and musicians looks to continue, with Bowie in the previews. Anyone else watching?

I just couldn't watch this show. Too much cringing, too much yelling at the tv "No, don't say that. Really. Don't!" Very painful.

I just watched the previous season in two days and I thought it was great! I laughed my ever-loving ass right off. However, the last episode (or maybe it was the first episode of the new season) when they make him don the wig and glasses went to kind of a dark place, and it was depressing and though I still felt this one was a strong episode, it kind of went away from the comedy a little too much.
But still, love this show.

JBM, that's the episode that was just on and I agree, the scenes with Andy's sitcom got a bit depressing, especially when compared with the hilarity of Orlando Bloom's scenes with Maggie. Still a good eppy, just a little too real in parts.

I love this show and thought S1's premiere episode with Kate Winslet was one of the funniest things I've ever seen on television. Orlando Bloom was great on the premiere and I got several chuckles from "Are you havin' a laugh?" And I suspect it was because of the ridiculousness of the glasses and curly wig. I'm sad this is the last season for the show though.

I watched the first season on OnDemand last month since I'd caught some clips of the show on YouTube from when it'd originally aired in Britain. Some of them had me cracking up, while others are a little too . . . "British," I guess? I cringed more than laughed. I HAD to watch the Orlando Bloom one last night; I saw a clip of it months ago and fell in love with Orlando ragging on himself. I really do like the episodes like that, where the celebrity is more involved throughout.

I've only seen the clip where Orlando Bloom appears on it. LOVED IT. He was so funny.

I just laughed outloud. Ricky is on a show with Warwick, the little person, adn Daniel Radcliffe. His stupid agent is there and comes up to Warwick and asks him if he has to wear little toy Bear shoes and then asks if he could fit in his house! Haaaa. Then says he's going to follow him home and look in a window and play Godzilla. Then Daniel Radcliffe hits on Maggie. Heh. He just flicked his concom onto Dame Diana Riggs head.

I was loving the episode until the restaurant scene. I just grow so embarrassed for Andy that I cannot even watch.

I was loving the episode until the restaurant scene. I just grow so embarrassed for Andy that I cannot even watch. That was how I felt. I sat with a blanket over my head and listened to it because I couldn't watch it. It made me feel so uncomfortable.
