Again, I'm late catching up with BH. Just watched the finale last night. I realized that I have no clue what Brandi is insisting that Lisa should apologize to her for. I wonder if Brandi even knows? Is Lisa supposed to apologize for having Brandi under her "spell"? WTF? Also I think it's nuts that Brandi actually believes that Ken will still be friendly with her. He's ridiculously loyal to Lisa to the point of being an asshole, so I don't know why he would change that for Brandi. I think Brandi is regretting starting the fight with Lisa (which I believe she only began because she was jealous of Lisa rekindling her friendship with Kyle) and now doesn't know what to do. If she thinks things will ever be the same with Lisa and Ken, she's dead wrong. Lisa seems like a "fool me once" type of gal.

I can't wait for the finale. Whoever did the hair and make-up for it is amazing, because they all look great. And I love Yolanda's new short 'do.

It is obvious to me that before the season started Yolanda and Brandi teamed up to turn against Lisa. This was confirmed when Joyce stated in a blog that both of them called her early during filming to tell her not to trust Lisa, etc. Plus, they both kept saying during interviews that we would see Lisa's true colors during the season. As the season went on, Brandi was growing more standoffish towards Lisa so Lisa began bonding with Kyle. This pissed Brandi/Yolanda off because the plan was to have Lisa "fall from grace" with the viewers. It is no secret she is the fan favorite and that pisses off a few of the women. The whole tabloid gate was shut down by Carlton who was at Brandi's house and stated on her blog and the show she saw nothing of the sort go down and that Lisa got to Brandi's late and was in her house for less than a minute before they left for Palm Springs.

I think Brandi is just pissed that Lisa and Kyle were mending fences, plus VR has gotten popular and Scheana is gaining recognition. Yolanda wants her lifestyle show spinoff. Now, I don't doubt these women plot and stir behind the scenes but the whole ambush on Lisa truly backfired and has made her look more sympathetic to viewers. You could see a few weeks ago the backpedaling on Yolanda and Kyle's blogs. Now it seems Yolanda and Brandi have decided to present a united front which is a change from a few weeks ago.

Supposedly Carlton and Kim are off the show. Good riddance to Kim and I'm meh on Carlton. Her Kyle hate was hilarious. I want Joyce to stay. She has truly proven to be level headed and calls them out like it is without looking like an idiot. Plus her husband is so sweet.

According to Radar, Bravo has already begun negotiations with Kyle, Kim, Brandi, and Lisa for next season, with Joyce and Carlton potentially getting the axe. No mention of Yolanda, I'm guessing she will be back because I think most people like her. I think Kim would have been off the show a long time ago if it weren't for Kyle.

I can believe that Brandi and Yolanda teamed up to go against Lisa. It does sound like Lisa was a shitty friend to Yolanda while she was sick, but I don't think they were ever close friends anyway, they have just known each other for a long time. But that probably was enough to piss Yolanda off and make her start side-eying Lisa. And for all Brandi's harping about having been under Lisa's "spell" for too long and needing to stand on her own, it seems like she's gone right from Lisa to Yolanda. I think she really likes having an older, wiser, and most importantly, filthy rich BFF to take her under their wing.

I think Brandi is given orders to go after someone, anyone. Or she's cooked it up in her own head (with producer approval) to stay on as the main shit stirrer and tabloid darling. People say they can't stand her, yet she's all anyone talks about with this show. I just wonder how Lisa really feels about Bravo letting her get tossed under the bus? Although it seems that it mostly created sympathy for Lisa - a woman who seemed so glamorous and untouchable. Hmm, maybe Lisa was in on it as well to make herself more sympathetic (I personally believe that almost nothing happens organically on this show). But there is a pattern of tossing the gals one by one into the fire. Camille, Adrienne, Taylor, Lisa..

I don't know if I believe the persona that Yolanda is putting on. I think she's just stirring shit herself to stay relevant. Although I tend to think that no one told Kim and Ken that this is mostly fake drama. Those two seem ready to crack. Yolanda seems to also be playing a part by sticking her nose into everything and anything. I think she'd rather be home entertaining, picking lemons, and sitting on the toilet.

The tabloid story was such a non-story! As was said before - Kyle's marriage has had rumors from the first minute people got a look at hot Mauricio and Kyle's constant touching and kissing him. They're trying too hard to look soooo committed. I just remember Kyle's claws popping out when some gal started flirting with him at the white party. That's not a wife who is secure in her marriage.

Margojata, careful viewing revealed the gal that was flirting with Mauricio to almost certainly be a man in drag. Never-the-less, Kyle did use her brute force to eject the lady/man from her party, preserving Maricio's honor.

Did anyone else see the fight last night on RHOA? It was disgusting. I know Kenya can be a you-know-what, but Porscha should not have put her hands on Kenya. I'm seeing people online defending Porscha's actions and it makes me sick that people are condoning violence.

We did learn one thing from the fight. Kenya's hair is not a weave.

No one deserves to have their hair pulled outside of a Bad Girls Club reunion. Porsha is just proving, once again, what a simple bitch she is. Instead of using her words to fight Kenya, she got flustered and resorted to hair pulling, like a child. And like a child, she got sent home by the principal.

I was horrified mainly by Porsha's attack on Kenya; but I was also extremely disgusted by Nene's stank attitude, and deplorable outfit and makeup. And I like shade like everyone else, but Phaedra needs to get a thesaurus. I'm sick of her calling everyone a slut and a whore.

Shallowly speaking, I thought Kenya looked the best last night. Her gown, hair, and makeup were on point. Cynthia was second best. I like Porsha's outfit, but the hair was way too much. I liked Kandi's hair, but it was too casual, and her dress looked cheap. Phaedra's overall look was okay, but her attitude funked it up. And Nene...someone really needs to tell her about that ill-fitting blonde lacefront. It is the worst. I don't know what the hell she's thinking walking around with her nose in the air, and her hair looking like that. She's supposed to be soooo rich, yet she comes out the house like that?! Girl, bye.

I started reading the RHOA thread at TWOP, and then I watched some of the shows. But I can't even watch Kandi plan her ridiculous Coming to America themed wedding. Or, actually I can't stand watching her give her friends/assistants who are not wedding planners five weeks to plan her ridiculous wedding. Does she want it to fail? And her mother saying that her fiance's parents were pimp and prostitute and Kandi doesn't refute that. Although her mother added,"There are a lot of nice hoes."

My good friend is staying with someone who watches these shows, so he called and told me that he started watching two of the Real Housewife shows. He said he watches "One with five black women, and one with five white women." The latter turned out to be RHONY which I don't watch, but he got me all caught up on the series. Although he's terrible with names generally (John Daily and Chelsea Lately are the "names" of two other people whose shows he watches. And he says Chel-see-AH.)

Anyway, hearing someone else summerize the terrible behavior of people I don't watch was funny on it's own. And we're in agreement about all things Kandi, her mother and her wedding.

RHOA lasted so long, then it had the multiple reunions, then the husband's special, now the wedding multi episode special. What next? The pets' special, or the staff's special?
