skim, I had read somewhere (USA Today maybe?) that Catherine is one of the stars who looks even better in HDTV.

izzypop, thanks for the list. I was not surprised by many of those who look even better on HDTV, but there were a few on the "dishonourable" list who surprised me - such as Jennifer Aniston, Diane Lane, Julia Roberts and Kim Basinger.

I don't hate her, but I don't like her either. This is especially true when I saw her smoking when she was eight months pregnant with her second child. What a moron.

I remember the great smoking debate on the other board, and I have to defend CZJ. It was one picture, nobody knows if she chained smoked while she was pregnant or if she smoked the occasional cigarette. It may seem shocking in the US but in other parts of the world it isn't entirely uncommon for women to have the occasional cigarette or glass of wine or beer during their pregnancy.

Allegedly, some nut in Saudia Arabia started a rumor she was his long lost sister (he alleges that she was kidnapped by a movie director who had him arrested and had taken custody of her and changed all of her records). I showed the article (with an enclosed pic) to a friend at work who doesn't know her and after giving it a good long look said: "Well, she has black hair....and that's about all the resemblance to an arabic woman I see. Moron..." ;D

Me too. I love that she thinks of herself as a star and totally owns it, instead of giving the old number "I'm just a nice and simple girl, born in a little town, and I like baking..." (I'm looking at you, Ms. Garner-Affleck!!).

She's a byotch because she's a star and she feels entitled to it, and I think that's great. I'd be just like her if I could get away with it.

Normally I hate the entitled, greedy, etc. but I love CZJ. She looks like how a movie star should. None of this running around in sweats crap.* Seriously, when Britney Spears and the Olsen twins are considered "stars" she is a godsend.

* I hate sweat pants. No one looks good in them, movie star or otherwise. I don't care how comfy they are, they should not be worn outside of the gym EVER! I am on a one woman crusade to destroy them. Awful, hideous things.
