He looks like he has Brillo pads attached to his head.

I haven't seen Cinderella Man but I've thought he's been great in everything I've seen him in.

I heard a film critic on NPR saying his movie at Sundance wasn't really well received. People didn't "get" it. The title is something about a falcon, I think.

When asked how long it took him to get ready, supporting actor nominee Paul Giamatti (Cinderella Man) said, "I don't need a lot of time to get ready, man. Look at me!"

How did he spend his morning? "I took a walk around the Four Seasons and down to Melrose. Nobody recognized me. It is L.A., nobody walks around here." Did he hear from co-star Russell Crowe or director Ron Howard? Jokingly, he replied, "Nooooo, what is wrong with that?" He added, "They contact me all the time, letting me know I have their support."

If he's an a-hole, I'm happier not knowing. He always seems like an interesting, affable, and smart guy when I see him interviewed, like someone who'd be a good dinner companion.
