Olivier Martinez is such a cheatin' slut. And fug as fug can be. At least to me. When I see him on tv, I am convinced I have smell-o-vision. Between him and Colin Farrell, I don't know who seems stinkier.

Dorothy L. Sayers had a wonderful line about men who "choose their wives as if they were picking a painting and then have to listen to her over the breakfast table for the next twenty years." I'm not implying that Salma and Halle are stupid, but men who pick their partners primarily for looks will eventually grow indifferent to them.
The man who marries his mistress creates a job vacancy? The guy who dumps someone else for you will eventually dump you for something else? Kharma? I wouldn't stand next to him, since a meteor is probably coming his way.

Word. I love that movie so much. I loved all the actors, the script, the story, the direction. It was one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen. And I really think she deserved the Best Actress award. I hope she gets another chance to win it, because she proved to me she can handle big roles...and do it well!

I wouldn't stand next to him, since a meteor is probably coming his way. I doubt that she's considering him as long term material. She probably knows his history. I wanted to like Frida but found it an empty visual treat. I don't know how I would have changed it, maybe more on the art? Maybe the point of her life was the outlandish personal side, which doesn't really come off as outlandish in these times. There was something missing.

I put off watching Frida for the longest time. Until I caught a documentary on the real Frida one night when I couldn't sleep, and was fully intrigued. I have it by the TV but still haven't watched it. Think I'll do that tonight after the Selena tribute concert.
I'd love to hear some good gossip about her relationships. Specifically about the breakups. Shortly before her breakup with Nortin she said in an interview that she'd like to have a child, but in the same interview said she wasn't marrying Norton. And when she talked about having a kid she definitely sounded like she was not going to have it with him.
Why did After the Sunset bomb? I watched it recently and didn't think it was terrible. Me and my fiance were guessing that the public just finds Pierce Brosnan unappealing. That and he and Salma had no chemistry. But I'm pretty sure my fiance wanted to trade places with him during that scene on the beach where they are making out and she's topless(you don't see anything though). I'd like to be her for just a day; I'd walk around in a house full of mirrors just staring at my amazing breasts.

Hee!
Awww....I like Salma but I feel sorry for Sandra Oh, who is awesome, and who must be feeling a bit like Jennifer Aniston right now.

She's so beautiful. She'll be 40 next year- is it weird that she's never been married? Is she going the Clooney route?

Wow, she's turning 40 next year? I thought she was younger! Paltrow looks older than she does!
