Did you see the news about California Chrome's owner ranting after losing the Belmont? Saying it's not fair that a horse can come in and race it without having raced in the other two races. I think he has a point but he just makes it sound like sour grapes. |

That guy is hilarious. Everyone thought that cooler heads would prevail and he'd apologize in the morning, but nope, he doubled down! And I heard a sports radio host refer to him as "Wilford Brimley", so now that's all I can see.

For him to turn on his wife was just beyond the pale, and his poor injured horse (did anyone else see the photo of the heel wound California Chrome sustained coming out of the gate?). Asshole Wilford Brimley!
