So, according to Wikipedia, she's no longer Princess Eugenie of York, just Princess Eugenie. Is this because her husband now owns her and not her father? I have a lot of mundane questions: was her government name Eugenie York? Is she now Eugenie York-Brooksbank, or some variation thereof?

Eugenie looked lovely. I really liked her dress, and being a blood Princess definitely gets you one of the better tiaras. Best wishes to her and Jack.

I've just YouTubed a few of the main moments ;-) the bride looked absolutely happy, but I did not like that dress nor the tiara.

I loved her dress! Reminded me of Princess Margaret’s. I liked it better than both Meg and Kate’s. That tiara was amaze balls!!!!

Yes, she was apparently a nightmare and the marriage was a disaster, but Margaret killed it on her wedding day.

I loved the tiara-- but emeralds are my fave. I thought it looked so good with her hair.
I liked the cut of the dress, but the material looked kind of cheap close up, and I didn't like the embroidery on the dress. I felt like that was a nod to her mother's dress? And I agree, that her dress looked similar to PM.
I was unimpressed with both Sarah and Bea's dresses. Meghan's was boring, and I liked the color of Kate's but not the sleeves.
The one good thing about autumn weddings is all of the colors. They looked fantastic.

I LOVED her dress, but that style of neckline screams for a necklace, I think.

I figured out how to watch on the BRF YouTube channel, yay! I was thrilled to see that tiara, which many people believed had been dismantled long ago since it's been sitting unused and unseen for 70+ years. I'm a pushover for a kokoshink, and I thought the emeralds were spectactular in Eugenie's hair. She really played up her beautiful coloring. putch totally nailed it with the Sleeping Beauty comparison. I thought the bodice and neckline were gorgeous although a little too lowcut, and the sleeves weren't tailored properly. It's always a challenge to create interest for the back of a wedding dress, and I would say she succeeded, but I didn't love it. I cannot envision how a veil would have worked with that detailing, and the tiara was plenty. Overall I thought she looked lovely. Did anyone else catch the moment as Eugenie walked up the stairs and her foot got caught in her dress? The look on her face was great, she was startled but seemed to take it in good stride (ha ha) and have a little laugh at herself. Princess Anne looked fantastic in her emerald green, and she seemed to by enjoying an animated conversation with Meghan (animated for Anne- hint of a smile, gestures). I thought Sarah's emerald ensemble was bad. She looked like a sausage, so much cleavage, and the trim of her hat looks like something hot glued from the craft store. If you scroll down here, Sarah looks like she has a tail and horns! Jack's mother is very attractive, but what was she wearing? Was it made from Vera Bradley pocketbooks? I kind of like some Vera Bradley but gosh it's not meant to be a dress or suit. Loved Princess Charlotte and the rest of the bridesmaids and pages. She's got such charisma already. There was also one pageboy who was rubbing his nose and then all over his face. Classic! Robbie Williams, why did you just stand there while someone else went after MIL's hat? MIL looked like she was delighted to be there and very sweet. His wife looked like she was there under threat of death, and was her suit white? I was not impressed. Prince Philip looked amazing I thought, he really had a spring in his step and looked happy. HM seemed over it, certainly she did not have the gleeful look that she did at Meghan and Harry's wedding. Naomi Campbell looked like a Vegas showgirl. Pixie Geldof was deliciously ridiculous. The fascinator and shoes could have been something with a different dress, but not the pink superhero get up, which the wind did no favors. Total disconnect. Kate looked like she didn't feel well. Not in the sense of being a sourpuss, but in the sense of I wonder if she was actually ill. I thought both Meghan and Kate looked just right- pretty and understated, and not drawing attention from the bride. I also saw some sweet little handholding from both our Royal Ducal couples. I like the York girls, they seem to have turned out quite well for having such truly awful parents.

Because I'm not inclined to get up at 4:25 am on a workday to watch television, I am now watching my TLC recording. And this shit is so hilarious I may have to watch this in full instead of fast forwarding. First up: an interview with some idle toff who is friends with Eugenie (through "socializing" "partying" "Miami at 3 am" and "because we have a lot of friends in common"). This guy was in the hospital (there's a long-winded story accompanying that but I can't remember it at all because I don't care) and described this amazing thing his dear friend Eugenie did for him. She called his wife while he was in the hospital. "Because obviously one can't reach me when I'm in a coma."
