Is it weird that I like some of the stuff in the Pink House link? Anyway I can't imagine Helena being anyway other than this way. And her skin is flawless. The baby needs to be in my arms.

HBC just did Terminator this year, and although it was a small part, it was definitely not gothy. I'll take her current career trajectory over the countless Merchant-Ivory films she did when she was younger.

I've loved her since Room With a View back in the 80s.
As for her clothes, I think they look wacky but super comfy at the same time.

The version of Twelfth Night that HBC is in is one of my favorite Shakespeare films... so I can't completely hate the period pieces. She and Imogen Stubbs were so great together.

I love her style. On her. I couldn't pull it off. She's wacky and amazing and it just works for her. Can you imagine me showing up to, say, Park Day, with the other moms and wearing that?

If you're an HBC fan, I recommend Lady Jane, her movie after Room with a View. Great historical story, and a young, yummy Cary Elwes as a bonus.
