I was cracking up the whole time cause you just know they looked at all the fans' comments wanting that scene when Eric gave him the blood. I have to say they had crazy chemistry. Unlike Eric and Talbot.

I hated the scene with Eric and Jason, it felt like I was watching one of my redneck cousins hook up with my boyfriend. (Eric would be the boyfriend, obviously.) So not sexy.

So, no comments on Alcide's death (I've just now caught up with last week's ep)? I will miss the eye candy that's for sure, but I know his character was going nowhere, so I guess it's for the best.
I'm feeling pretty bored with all of the storylines right now, actually. Bringing back Sarah Newlin? No thanks. I am even bored with Eric, and that never happens!

Alcids is hoooooooot but he was never, ever interesting. I'm happy Eric is not content to mope. Like Lala & Ethan from GH's chemistry. Other than that I love you Jason Stackhouse! He can be stuck in the worst storyline (werepanthers with Dane DeHaan, anyone) and he always manages to be entertaining. Ryan Kwanten is really underrated. Can't imagine Ian Somerhalder pulling this role off as well.

I'm no longer really invested in any of the characters. I was only sad about Alcide's death, because I will also miss the eye candy. But it was clear he and Sookie weren't going to last as a couple, even before this episode. I was vaguely concerned that they were going to kill off Lafayette, but even then, I figured it wouldn't be that much of a loss, since they're doing next to nothing with his character.

Joe Manganiello's career is starting to take off, he is on the cover of People this week, so he is probably happy to move on. We all know that Bill and Sookie will be together again one day.
