A friend of mine saw her last week, just a few days before this all started. Said she looked seriously teeny-tiny-less-than-a-size-zero-scary-skinny, so I can believe this.

"Hospitalized for exhaustion" is usually pr code for "abortion" or "od." I don't think it's either in this case, but who except celebrities ever goes to the hospital when they have exhaustion or malnutrition symptoms? Most of us normal people, as LurkerNan rightly points out, will eat something and nap.

But would she even be hospitalized for an abortion? That's a doctors appt and a couple of days taking it easy on the sofa.
When I hear a celeb is in the hospital for exhaustion, I usually figure they've been mixing their drugs and need to sleep it off.
